Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը որոշում է կայացրել կարճել ՍԱՍ-ի ձայնագրության փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործը:

ՀՔԾ մամուլի քարտուղար Մարինա Օհանջանյանը հայտնեց, որ քրգործը կարճվել է հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով։

Աբսուրդների երկիր Հայաստան։ ՀՔԾ ու տարբեր ատյաններ, որոնք, այսպես ասած, կոչված են մեր՝ քաղաքացիներիս իրավունքները պաշտպանելու, քրեական գործեր հարուցելու, մեղավորներին և հանցագործներին փնտրելու, գտնելու և պատժելու, շատ լավ սովորել են մեկ նախադասություն՝ «հանցակազմի բացակայություն»։ 

ՍԱՍ-ի գործով ավելի քան հանցակազմ կար։ Կար ժողովի ձայնագրություն, կար սպառնալիք հնչեցնող, կային վախի մթնոլորտում ձայներ բերող աշխատակիցներ, կային սպառնալիքների ենթարկված աշխատակիցներ։ ՀՔԾ-ի համար այդ բոլորին անուն-ազգանունով ի մի բերելու և ներգրավելու հարցը ժամերի խնդիր էր։ Սակայն չեն ուզում ու չեն անի։ Ինչու՞։ Պատասխանը շատ պարզ է. ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակն ու արտականմաններն այս իշխանության հիմքն են։ Նրանց միջոցով է Սերժն իր իշխանությունը վերարտադրում։ Ու այդպես շարունակ։ Չծավալվենք։ Ընթերցողը փայլուն գիտի, թե ինչի մասին է խոսքը։

Նմանատիպ դեպք եղավ տողերիս հեղինակի հետ` դեռ Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հանրաքվեի ժամանակ։ Այդ ժամանակ հանձնաժողովը, որում աշխատում էի ես, ղեկավարում էր ՍԱՍ-ի Արտակի տեղակալներից մեկը։ Տեսնելով որ պարտվում են, նրանք խառնաշփոթ ստեղծեցին տեղամասում, գողացան ոչ-ի 200 քվեաթերթիկ և ավելացրեցին նույնքան այո-ի քվեաթերթիկ։ Գործը գնաց ՀՔԾ։ Առերեսումների ժամանակ փաստացի ապացուցվեց, որ եղել է նման բան, սակայն քննիչը կարճեց գործը՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառով։

Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ եթե իշխող կլանի ներկայացուցիչներից մեկը, տասնյակ տեսախցիկների առաջ կրակի ու սպանի քաղաքացու, այդ գործը ևս կկարճեն՝ հանցակազմի բացակայության պատճառով։ Ավելին՝ բողոքող չի լինի, որովհետև տուժածը մահացած կլինի։ Ու քանի դեռ մեր վզին ու մեր հարկերով պահում ենք ՀՔԾ-ի նման պորտաբույծ կառույցներ, ապա՝ սասում ենք բոլորս։
