 ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պատիժների և հարկադրանքի այլ միջոցների կիրառման օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության, Շիրակի մարզի և Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազությունների կողմից ստուգվել էքրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պահվող անձանցբավարար սնունդ տրամադրելու ոլորտը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում նշել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի՝ ԶԼՄ-ների հետ կապերի գծով խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը:

«Նկատի ունենալով ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թվականի մայիսի 18-ի որոշմամբ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պահվող անձանց սննդի միջին չափաբաժնի չափորոշիչներում կատարված փոփոխություններից հետո դատապարտյալներին որակյալ և անհրաժեշտ չափաքանակի սննդով չապահովելու հնարավորության վերաբերյալ վերջին շրջանում ԶԼՄ-ներում երբեմն արտահայտվող մտահոգությունները՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պատիժների և հարկադրանքի այլ միջոցների կիրառման օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողության վարչության, Շիրակի մարզի և Սյունիքի մարզի դատախազությունների կողմից ստուգվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Վարդաշեն», ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց», ՀՀ ԱՆ «Սևան», ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արթիկ» և ՀՀ ԱՆ «Գորիս», քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում պահվողանձանց բավարար սնունդ տրամադրելու ոլորտը»,- ասաց Աբրահամյանը:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդականի խոսքով՝ ստուգվել է նշված քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների սննդի պահեստներում առկասննդամթերքը, պահվող անձանց տրամադրվող սննդի օրական միջին չափաբաժինները, ինչպես նաև դրանց հետ կապված հիմնարկներում պահվողանձանց շրջանում անցկացվել է հարցում:

«Իրականացված ստուգումների արդյունքում դատապարտյալներին բավարար սնունդ տրամադրելու ոլորտում խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել: Ավելին, հարցումների արձանագրություններում դատապարտյալները հայտնել են, որ օգտվում են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներումտրամադրվող սննդից, որի որակն իրենց բավարարում է»,- ասել է Աբրահամյանը:
