Անցյալ տարի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, ՀՀ նախագահի ՆՀ-834-Ա հրամանագրով Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշանակվեց ՀՀ վարչապետ: Շատերն էին հույս կապում նոր՝ իմիջային վարչապետի հետ: Հիմնավորումները՝ ինչքան ուզես. պաշտոն տեսած մարդ է, հարուստ մարդ է, չի թալանի, ժողովրդի մասին կմտածի, փող շատ ունի և այլն: Իհարկե, այդ բոլորը մոռանում էին, թե ինչպես է կայացել այդ հարուստ մարդը: Նրանք մոռանում էին նաև այն մասին, թե ինչպե՞ս է այդ նույն հարուստ մարդը վաստակել իր առաջին միլիոնը:

Իհարկե, հույս կապողների մեծ մասը շատ արագ հիասթափվեցին, երբ հասկացան, որ սա Սերժ Սարգսյանի հերթական խաղն է: Իմիջային վարչապետը սկսեց գեղեցիկ շուոներ կազմակերպել, մտահոգ դեմքով բղավել տարբեր պաշտոնյաների վրա, Հայաստանը Սինգապուր դարձնել և այլն:

Եկավ նախընտրական շրջանը: Սեռասարսափ կանանց մի զգալի խումբ, սկսեցին մտավոր օրգազմ ապրել գեղեցիկ վարչապետի խոսքերից, ելույթներից և տեսքից: Իհարկե, առաջին երկուսից նրանք բան չէին հասկանում: ՀՀԿ-ն հանդես եկավ ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի, այլ պարբերաբար պիջակ փոխող վարչապետի դեմքով:

Ամեն ինչ շատ արագ վերջացավ: Ընտրություններում հաղթեց ՀՀԿ-ն, իսկ վարչապետին սկսեցին հարվածել սեփական թիմակիցները: Կարեն Կարապետյանի ոսկյա սարեր խոստացող կառավարությունն անգամ չկարողացավ գերազանցել նախորդի՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության ցույց տվաց ցուցանիշներին: Տվյալներն այնքան վատն են, որ անգամ կեղծիքներով զբաղվող Վիճ. վարչությունը չի կարողանում դրանք կեղծել կամ չի ուզում:

Սակայն մեր վարչապետը, կարծես ոչինչ էլ չի եղել, շարունակում է մնալ դերի մեջ ու վարել այն շոուն, որի համար կոչված է: Նա լուրջ հավատում է, որ ինչ-որ քաղաքապետերի կամ գյուղապետերի վրա գոռգոռալով հարցեր է լուծում, խնդիրներ կարգավորում և այլն:

Զարմանալի է մնում միայն մեկ բան: Արդյո՞ք չկա վարչապետի շրջապատում սրտացավ մեկը, որ նրան ասի՝ վերջացրու ընկեր, քեզ արդեն օգտագործել են, քեզ այլևս ոչ-ոք չի հավատում:
