Դիաբետը ժամանակակից հասարակության առողջական ամենատարածված խնդիրներից մեկն է։ Fithacker.ru կայքը գրում է, որ, չնայած սրան՝ մարդկանց մեծ մասն անհրաժեշտ չափով տեղեկացված չէ հիվանդության մասին։ Հայտնի է, որ դիաբետն ազդում է արյան մեջ շաքարի մակարդակի վրա, և դիետան կարող է մեծ նշանակություն ունենալ խնդրի կարգավորման համար։ Սակայն, երբ խոսքը գնում է դիաբետի նախանշանների մասին, մարդկանց մեծ մասը չգիտի, թե ինչ հուշումներ է ուղարկում օրգանիզմը։
