Ռուսաստանի հետ գործարքն ԱՄՆ-ին եւ Իսրայելին հիստերիայի է հասցրել: Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Թուրքիայի քաղաքների քաղաքապետերի առջեւ, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Թուրքիայի նախագահը հավաստիացրել է, որ այսուհետեւ Թուրքիան մտադիր է Ռուսաստանից Ս-400 զինիթահրթիռային համակարգեր գնելուց հետո սեփական անվտանգության ապահովման միջոցառումներն ինքնուրույն իրականացնել: «Ամերիկան եւ Իսրայելը տարիներ շարունակ հրաժարվում էին մեզ անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր մատակարարել: Դրանից հետո երկիրը սկսեց դրանք ինքնուրույն արտադրել, եւ սա նրանց մտահոգությունն առաջացրեց: Նրանք հիստերիայի մեջ ընկան Ս-400-ի մատակարարումների համաձայնագրի կնքումից հետո: Ի՞նչ կլինի հետո, արդյոք մենք ձեզ հետագայո՞ւմ էլ պետք է սպասենք»,- նշել է նա:

Նախօրեին Էրդողանը հայտնել էր, որ Անկարան արդեն Ս-400 համակարգերի ձեռքբերման համար Ռուսաստանին կանխավճար է վճարել, իսկ համաձայնագիրը ստորագրված է: ՌԴ նախագահի՝ ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության հարցերով օգնական Վլադիմիր Կոժինը ՏԱՍՍ-ի հետ հարցազրույցում հաստատել էր, որ Ռուսաստանը եւ Թուրքիան պայմանագիր են ստորագրել Ս-400 զենիթահրթիռային համակարգերի մատակարարման մասին, եւ այն իրականացման է պատրաստվում:

Դրանից հետո Պենտագոնի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ջոնի Մայքլը ՏԱՍՍ-ին ասել էր, որ ԱՄՆ-ն դժգոհ է ՌԴ-ից Ս-400 գնելու Անկարայի որոշումից:
