2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Երևանում տեղի է ունեցել «Համահայկական խաղերի համաշխարհային կոմիտե» հասարակական կազմակերպության գործադիր կոմիտեի նիստ՝ նախագահ Իշխան Զաքարյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Օրակարգում ներառվել է երեք հարց.

  •  Համահայկական ձմեռային երկրորդ խաղեր
  • Համահայկական ամառային յոթերորդ խաղեր
  •  Այլ հարցեր:

ՀԽՀԿ-ի նախագահ Ի. Զաքարյանը գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամներին ողջունելուց հետո, ներկայացրել է օրակարգում ներառված հարցերը:

Օրակարգի առաջին հարցը վերաբերում է համահայկական ձմեռային երկրորդ խաղերի
կազմակերպմանն ու անցկացմանը: Գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամները ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատեցին իրենց դիրքորոշումը 2018թ. ձմռանը խաղերը կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ: Այնուհետև, ներկայացրեցին իրենց տեսակետները ձմեռային խաղերի անցկացման ժամանակացույցի, վայրի, կեցության և կազմակերպչական այլ
հարցերի շուրջ:

Ամփոփելով գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամների տեսակետները, Ի. Զաքարյանը գործկոմի անդամներին ժամանակ տվեց՝ մինչև 2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 10-ը ներկայացնել ձմեռային խաղերի կազմակերպչական հարցերին առնչվող ամբողջական և վերջնական տեղեկատվություն:

Համաձայն ընդունված նախնական որոշման, ձմեռային խաղերը կանցկացվեն 2018թ. փետրվարի 17- ից 24-ը, Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում:

Օրակարգի երկրորդ հարցը վերաբերում էր ամառային յոթերորդ խաղերի կազմակերպմանը, որը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել 2019թ. օգոստոսին Արցախի Հանրապետությունում:

ՀԽՀԿ-ի նախագահը գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամներին տեղեկացրեց վերջերս Արցախ կատարած իր այցի մասին, որի շրջանակներում ուսումնասիրել է մարզական կառույցների վիճակը, առկա խնդիրները ծանոթացել ուսումնական հաստատություններում տեղակայված մարզական կառույցների հնարավորություններին: Ի. Զաքարյանը գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամների հետ քննարկեց առկա խնդիրների լուծման տարբերակներն ու ուղղությունները:

Նիստի ավարտին գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամ Իրանը ներկայացնող Էդվարդ Բաբախանյանը ՀԽՀԿ գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամներին հրավիրեց 2018թ. սեպտեմբերին մասնակցելու Իրանում համահայկական խաղերի կազմավորման 50 ամյակին նվիրված հոբելյանական միջոցառումներին: Հրավերն ընդունվեց, և պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց գործադիր կոմիտեի 2018թ. հերթական նիստը անցկացնել Թեհրանում:
