Դիետոլոգները հավաստիացնում են, որ սլացիկ կազմվացք ունենալու համար կարելի է կարտոֆիլային դիետա փորձել:

Տարածված կարծիք կա, որ կարտոֆիլը միայն նպաստում է ճարպակալմանը, սակայն այն գրագետ օգտագործելու դեպքում կարելի է կարգավորել կազմվածքը։

1. Լավ լվանալ 1,5 կգ խոշոր կարտոֆիլը, բաժանել 6 չափաբաժնի եւ եփել ջեռցում մինչեւ խրթխրթան կեղև առաջանալը։ Պետք է ուտել օրվա ընթացքում հավասարաչափ (ավելի լավ է տաք ու կեղեւով), առանց աղի, կարագի կամ բուսական յուղի եւ այլ համեմունքների։ Վրայից պետք է սովորական ջուր խմել

2. Լավ լվանալ 1,5 կգ կարտոֆիլը, եփել կեղեւով, բաժանել 4-6 չափաբաժնի։ Ուտել օրվա մեջ երկու անգամ առանց համեմունքի եւ աղի, իսկ իսկ մնացած անգամները կարելի է ավելացնել մի փոքր կարագ կամ ձիթապտղի յուղ։ Տեւողությունը՝ 1 շաբաթ։

3. Լավ լվանալ 1,5 կգ կարտոֆիլը, առանց մաքրելու եփել գոլորշու վրա։ Համեմել լիմոնի հյութով, մի քիչ ձիթապտղի կամ արեւածաղկի յուղով, ավելացնել մանր կտրտած մաղադանոս ու սխտոր։ Կարտոֆիլը կարելի է տրորել եւ տաք եռացրած ջրով պյուրե պատրաստել՝ մի փոքր կարագ ավելացնելով։

Դիետայի տեւողությունը՝ 4 օր։ Բացի քաշը զգալիորեն պակասեցնելուց, այսպիսի կարտոֆիլային դիետան լավ մաքրում է աղիները։
