Այսօր` սեպտեմբերի 21-ին, Հայաստանը նշում է իր անկախության հռչակման 26-րդ տարեդարձը: Այսօր տոն է բացառապես բոլոր հայերի համար` անկախ բնակության վայրից: Արդեն 26 տարի է, հայկական հողն ու երկինքը անկախ է ու ազատ, եւ չնայած 26 տարիների ընթացքում մենք հաճախ ենք պատճառներ ունեցել պայքարելու ու պաշտպանելու մեր հողերը, դրան զուգահեռ քիչ չեն եղել կորուստներն ու բացթողումները, բայց ձեռքբերումները եւս շատ զգալի են, կարեւոր եւ արժեւորված: 

Այս օրերին տասը տարի անց Հայաստանում է գտնվում ամերիկաբնակ դերասան Լեւոն Շարաֆյանը, ով Life.panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում ոչ միայն իր շնորհավորանքն ու բարեմաղթնանք է հղել հայ ժողովրդին, այլեւ խոսել իր համար զգալի թերությունների մասին:

«Իհարկե, շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս այս տոնի կապակցությամբ, ես երջանիկ եմ, որ իմ երկիրը դարձել է անկախ, բայց, ըստ իս, անկախությունը օրենքների կիրառումն է: Եթե կան օրենքներ, ապա դրանք պետք է կիրառվեն բոլորի կողմից` սկսած վերեւից, մինչեւ ներքեւ: Ես նկատում եմ, որ մեր երկրում օրենքները ոչ բոլորի համար են, կարծես թե օրենքները միայն ընտրողների համար են, վերեւներից շատերը դրանք պարզապես չեն կիրառում, դրա համար էլ սովորական մարդկանց մոտ հարցեր են առաջանում` ինչո՞ւ նրանց ամեն ինչ կարելի է, մեզ` ոչ: Այստեղից էլ սկսում է անօրինականությունը: Անկախությունն անարխիա չէ, անկախությունը խիստ օրենքների կիրառումն է»,- նշեց Լեւոն Շարաֆյանը:
