Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը, ով ձերբակալված է եղել Ադրբեջանում, մանրամասնել է, թե ինչ ձևով են ադրբեջանական իրավապահները հարցաքննել իրեն և ստիպված եղել հայտնվել հիմարի կարգավիճակում: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին Լապշինը գրառում է կատարել իր անձնական բլոգում:

«Ադրբեջանում իմ գործով զբաղվում էին այդ երկրի լավագույն քննիչները. գնդապետ Քամալ Թալիբովը (Ադրբեջանի գերագույն դատարանի նախկին նախագահի որդին), գնդապետ Վուգար Նասիբովը, հետաքննության բաժնի պետ գեներալ Իլդար Ահմեդովը և գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ գեներալ Ռուստամ Ուսուբովը: Նրանք այս նավթային երկրի լավագույն քննիչներն են: Նրանք լավ էին խոսում ռուսերեն, անտեղի և ոչ ծիծաղելի մեջբերումներ էին անում «Կովկասի գերուհի» և «Միմինո» ֆիլմերից և ամեն կերպ փորձում էին համոզել, որ ինձ կարող է փրկել միայն այն, եթե ես անկեղծ խոստովանեմ, որ աշխատում եմ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հատուկ ծառայություններում: Անհրաժեշտ է նշել քննչական գործողություններում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նկատմամբ եղած ընդգծված թշնամանքն ու կողմնակալությունը: Ես իսկապես չէի կարող պատկերացնել, որ կարող են այդ աստիճան անհեթեթ և անհիմն մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հասցեին»,-նշել է բլոգերը:

Լապշինն ընդգծել է, որ այս բարձրաստիճան և պրոֆեսիոնալ ոստիկաններին Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները դրել են հիմարի կարգավիճակի մեջ` ստիպելով զբաղվել անհեթեթ և անօգուտ գործով:

«Նրանք ինձ տասն անգամ տալիս էին նույն հարցը: Խնդիրը նրանում է, որ այս մարդկանց Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ամբողջովին դրել են հիմարի կարգավիճակում: Երբ բարձրաստիճան ոստիկան գնդապետ Թալիբովը երեխայի նման ամեն օր գալիս էր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկություն և անընդհատ տալիս հայկական հատուկ ծառայություններում «աշխատելուս» վերաբերյալ նույն հարցը մենք խղճում ենք նրան: Նա հավանաբար հասկացել էր, որ այստեղ ոչ մի հատուկ ծառայության հարց էլ չկա, սակայն վերևից պահանջում էին ցուցադրական գործընթաց իրականացնել և նա արեց իր աշխատանքը»,- գրել է Լապշինը:
