Ինչն է նպապստում այրոցի(изжога) առաջացմանը և կարելի է արդյոք այն բուժել կերակրի սոդայով

Այրոցը կամ այրուցքը կերակրափողում նկատվող այրման զգացումն է, որն ավելի շատ արտահայտվում է ստորին հատվածում: Այն կարող է ուղեկցվել ստամոքսի գերծանրաբեռնվածության, բերանում թթու կամ դառը համի զգացողությամբ և ավելի է ուժեղանում պառկած ժամանակ:

Այրոցն առաջանում է կերակրափող դուրս նետված աղաթթվի հետևանքով: Սովորաբար կոկորդի և կրծքավանդակի հատվածում այրոցի առաջացման պատճառ է դառնում սխալ սննդակարգը, ալկոհոլի ու ծխախոտի չարաշահումը կամ ձիգ կապված գոտին: Այս խնդիրը հաճախ նկատվում է նաև հղիության ընթացքում:

Ժողովրդական բժշկության մեջ կան բազմաթիվ միջոցներ՝ այրոցից արագ ազատվելու համար: Այս միջոցներից մեկն էլ հասարակ կերակրի սոդան է, որի ջրային լուծույթն օգնում է շատ արագ մեղմացնել տհաճ զգացողությունները:

Հարկ է հիշել, որ այրոցը կարող է պայմանավորված լինել նաև մի շարք հիվանդություններով, այդ թվում նաև կերակրափողի բորբոքումով, ստամոքսի բորբոքումով, ինչպես նաև ստամոքսի վերքային բորբոքումով՝ այսինքն էրոզիվ գաստրիտով կամ խոցով: Սա է պատճառը, որ մեկ անգամ նկատվող այրոցի դեպքում խնդիրը կարելի է լուծել սոդայով, սակայն պարբերաբար կրկնվելու դեպքում հարկավոր է գտնել դրա առաջացման պատճառը և իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ բուժումը:

Բացի այդ, պետք չէ մոռանալ, որ կան նաև հակացուցումներ: Օրինակ՝ սոդան հակացուցված է հղիներին և կրծքով կերակրող կանանց, ինչպես նաև՝ զարկերակային հիպերտենզիայով և աղեստամոքսային համակարգի քրոնիկ հիվանդություններով տառապողներին:
