 Հայ-իրաքյան միջկառավարական համատեղ հանձնաժողովի չորրորդ նիստը գործնական տեղաշարժեր կապահովի երկու երկրների հարաբերություններում: Իրաքի համար կարևոր ժամանակաշրջանում նիստի գումարումը ցույց է տալիս Իրաքի ձգտումը՝ զարգացնելու հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ:

 «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Հայաստանում երկօրյա նիստի բացմանն այս մասին ասաց հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ, Իրաքի հանրապետության գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Ֆալահ ՀասանԶիդան ալ-Լուհայիբին:

«Իրաքը մեր բարեկամ երկիրն է: Աշխարհաքաղաքական խնդիրները թույլ չեն տվել մեզ ընդլայնելու մեր համագործակցությունը: Համոզված եմ՝ բոլորիս ուժերով այս հանդիպումը կակտիվացնի մեր համագործակցությունը: Պետք է ավելի հաղորդակից դառնանք և մեր երկրների համար ապահովենք դրական արդյունք»,-ասաց հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ, ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման ևզարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանն ու հավելեց՝ աշխատանքներն ապահովելու են գործնական առաջընթաց երկրների հարաբերություններում:

Նախարարը հիշեցրեց՝ ներկայում Իրաքի հետ ունենք բավականին լուրջ համագործակցություն: Իրաքից ձեռք ենք բերում նավթամթերք և տարաբնույթ ապրանքներ: Իսկ Հայաստանից Իրաք են արտահանվում որոշակի ապրանքատեսակներ, որոնք Հայաստանի արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառությունում բավականին մեծ մաս են կազմում: «Համագործակցում ենք այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են կրթությունը, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների, շինարարության, հաստոցաշինության և արդյունաբերության այլ ճյուղերի, ոսկերչության, գյուղատնտեսության վերամշակման ոլորտները»,- նշեց Լոքյանը:

Ֆալահ Հասան Զիդան ալ-Լուհայիբինի խոսքով՝ իրենք Հայաստանում են՝ համագործակցելու տնտեսական, առևտրային, մշակութային և այլ ոլորտներում: « Իրաքի համար կարևոր ժամանակաշրջանում նիստի գումարումը ցույց է տալիս հարևան Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու Իրաքի ձգտումը: Հայ-իրաքյան հարաբերությունները բավականին առաջընթաց են ապրել նախորդ տարիներին»,-ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ իրենց պատվիրակության անդամները Իրաքի տարբեր նախարարությունների, ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներ են:

Հասան Զիդան ալ-Լուհայիբինի խոսքով՝ նիստի հիմնական նպատակն է վերացնել համագործակցության ոլորտների խոչընդոտները:

 Նախարարը փոխանցեց նաև Իրաքի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի ջերմագին շնորհավորանքները ՝ Հայաստանի ազգային տոնի՝ անկախության հռչակման 26-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:
