Արցախի Ճարտար և Ֆրանսիայի Դեսին-Շարպիո քաղաքների միջև ստորագրվել է Բարեկամության հռչակագիր

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ճարտար և Ֆրանսիայի Դեսին-Շարպիո քաղաքների միջև սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ստորագրվել է Բարեկամության հռչակագիր։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից, ստորագրման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը տեղի է ունեցել Ճարտարի Սևակ Ղուկասյանի անվան մարզամշակութային պալատում։

Ճարտար քաղաքի անունից հռչակագիրը ստորագրել է քաղաքապետ Արթուր Աղաբեկյանը, իսկ Դեսին-Շարպիո քաղաքի անունից՝ քաղաքապետ Լորանս Ֆոտրան։ Ստորագրման արարողությանը ներկա էին Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Կարեն Միրզոյանը, Մարտունու շրջանի վարչակազմի ղեկավար Կարեն Թովմասյանը։

Հռչակագրում, մասնավորապես, նշվում է, որ ողջունելով ազատ և ժողովրդավարական  հասարակություն ստեղծելու և զարգացնելու Արցախի բնակչության հետևողական քայլերը և ընդգծելով ժողովուրդների միջև երկխոսությանը նպաստելու և Հարավային Կովկասում վերջնական խաղաղություն հաստատելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ կողմերը որոշել են բարեկամական կապեր հաստատել երկու համայնքների միջև։ Հռչակագրի նպատակն է երկու քաղաքների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, ինչպես նաև կրթության, մշակույթի և սպորտի ոլորտներում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը։

Այսպիսով, Դեսին-Շարպիոն դարձավ 8-րդը ֆրանսիական համայնքներից, որոնք բարեկամական հարաբերություններ են հաստատել Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքների հետ։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Արցախի քաղաքների և ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Բասկերի Երկրի և Բրազիլիայի քաղաքների միջև ստորագրվել են  15  համագործակցության համաձայնագրեր, և մեկ համաձայնագիր` Արցախի և Ֆրանսիայի Դրոմի շրջանի միջև։
