Արդեն եկել է խաղողի սեզոնը։ Ուստի նիհարել ցանկացողներին առաջարկում ենք հրաշալի դիետա, որը ոչ միայն նիհարելու համար է, այլ օրգանիզմը մաքրելուն է ուղղված։ Իսկ նիհարելը, այս պարագայում կարելի է յուրօրինակ բոնուս համարել։

Ամենաառաջնային սկզբունքը այն է, որ դուք 4 օր պետք է սնվեք միայն խաղողով:

Նախ և առաջ անպայման այցելեք բժշկի կամ դիետոլոգի, քանի որ այս դիետան պետք է համաձայնեցնեք մասնագետի հետ, ճիշտ գնահատեք ձեր օրգանիզմի վրա դրա ազդեցությունը։

Ցանկալի կլինի, եթե այս դիետային հետևեք արձակուրդի ընթացքում կամ երբ շատ ազատ ժամանակ ունեք։

Խորհուրդ է տրվում այն սկսել խաղողի սեզոնին և ուտել միայն առանց պարարտանյութերի աճեցված խաղող։

Արգելվում է դիետայի ընթացքում ալկոհոլ օգտագործել կամ ծխել։

Այս դիետայի համար չկա հատուկ նախատեսված ճաշացանկ: Խորհուրդ է տրվում ուտել 6 անգամ և միայն խաղող։ Խաղողի քանակությունը սահմանափակ չէ, կերեք որքան ցանկանում եք։ Դիետայի ընթացքում չափազանց կարևոր է օրական առնվազն երկու լիտր ջուր խմել։
