Նախագահ Սարգսյանն ընդունել է ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարին

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 26-ին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առողջապահության նախարար Վերոնիկա Սկվորցովային, ով Հայաստան է ժամանել մասնակցելու Հայ-ռուսական առողջապահական երրորդ համաժողովին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանրապետության Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրին և կարևորել արդեն ավանդական դարձած առողջապահական համաժողովի անցկացումը, որը, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, շատ լավ հարթակ է երկու երկրների պետական ու մասնավոր առողջապահական կազմակերպությունների միջև փոխգործակցության զարգացման, ոլորտի արդիական հարցերի շուրջ մասնագիտական քննարկումների և փորձի փոխանակման համար:

«Առողջապահության ոլորտի մարտահրավերները ժամանակակից աշխարհում ամենասուր մարտահրավերներից են և դուրս են առանձին պետությունների առողջապահական համակարգերի սահմաններից: Այդ բարդ խնդիրներն առնչվում են սոցիալ-տնտեսական կյանքի գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներին: Այդ իսկ պատճառով նման մասնագիտական քննարկումները և փորձի փոխանակումը կարող են միայն օգտակար լինել»,- ասել է Նախագահ Սարգսյանը:
Հանրապետության Նախագահը ասվածի համատեքստում կարևորել է Հայ-ռուսական առողջապահական երրորդ համաժողովի օրակարգում ներառված հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ առողջապահության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների, ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում ոլորտի ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների հետ կապված: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հաջողություն է մաղթել համաժողովի աշխատանքներին:
ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Երևանում առողջապահական համաժողովի հրաշալի կազմակերպման համար և ընդգծել, որ ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը թույլ է տալիս արդեն իսկ արձանագրել համատեղ աշխատանքի որոշակի արդյունքներ, որոնց անդրադարձ կկատարվի հերթական՝ երրորդ համաժողովի ժամանակ:
Վերոնիկա Սկվորցովան իր տպավորություններն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ ԱՆ Ռ. Յոլյանի անվան արդիականացված արյունաբանական կենտրոն այցելությունից: Նա գոհունակությամբ է նշել, որ ՀՀ առաջին տիկնոջ մեծ ջանքերի և նախաձեռնության շնորհիվ ստեղծված նոր բաժանմունքի և լաբորատորիայի հիմնման, կադրերի պատրաստման ու նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման գործում իրենց մասնակցությունն են ունեցել նաև ռուսաստանյան առաջատար առողջապահական կենտրոնները: 
ՌԴ առողջապահության նախարարը սերտ համագործակցությամբ առանձնացող ընթացիկ տարին խորհրդանշական է համարել, քանի որ Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանը այս տարի նշում են դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-րդ և Բարեկամության, համագործակցության և փոխադարձ օգնության պայմանագրի 20-րդ հոբելյանները: 
Հանդիպմանը նախարար Սկվորցովան Հանրապետության Նախագահին ներկայացրել է ՌԴ առողջապահական համակարգի զարգացման առաջնահերթ ուղղություններն ու ծրագրերը, խոսել նաև Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության նոր ուղղությունների, փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորությունների մասին, որոնց շուրջ հայ գործընկերոջ հետ երևանյան համաժողովի շրջանակներում որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել:
