Առողջ և փոխադարձ հաճելի սեռական կյանք վարելու նախապայմաններից մեկը սեռական հիգիենայի հետևելն է: Զուգընկերները պետք է իմանան մի քանի կարևոր կանոններ, որոնք պահպանելու դեպքում կխուսափեն մի շարք բարդություններից, երբեմն անգամ՝ հիվանդություններից: 
-Ներքնազգեստի սխալ ընտրությունն ի՞նչ բարդություններ կարող է առաջ բերել:
-Ցանկալի է, որ ներքնազգեստը լինի բամբակյա, շնչող: Գիշերային ժամերին կիպ վարտիք հագնել չի կարելի, քանի որ այն փոքր կոնքում կարող է հանգեցնել արյան շրջանառության խանգարման, որն էլ իր հերթին առաջ կբերի ցավեր: Բացի ներքնազգեստներից՝ սեռական հիգիենայի պահպանման համար էական է նաև ճիշտ միջադիրների ընտրությունը:
-Դաշտանային ցիկլի օրերին կանացի սեռական օրգաններն առավել խոցելի են ինֆեկցիոն գործոնների նկատմամբ: Ինչպե՞ս խուսափել դրանցից:
-Պետք է այդ օրերին լողավազաններում, վաննաներում ու այլ փակ տարածություններում լոգանքներ չընդունել, ջրի մեջ չմնալ: Դաշտանային ցիկլի ընթացքում հարկավոր է խուսափել սեռական հարաբերություններից: Իմ հաճախորդներից շատերը հաճախ զարմանում են, երբ ներկայացնում եմ այս նկատառումները: Որոշ մարդիկ մինչև հիմա տեղյակ չեն կարևոր այս պայմաններից:
-Հիգիենայի կանոններից անտեղյակ են, հատկապես, դեռահասները, ի՞նչ ելք եք տեսնում հնարավոր բարդությունները կանխելու համար:
-Այո, հիմնական «զոհերը» հենց նրանք են: Պետք է պարզապես լինել հետաքրքրված: Գուցե դպրոցներում սեռական կրթության վերաբերյալ սեմինարներ անցկացվեն՝ հետագա խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար: Ի վերջո, այժմյան աշակերտները վաղվա մայրերն ու հայրերն են:
- Սեռական հիգիենայի կանոններին չհետևելը ի՞նչ խնդիրների կարող է հանգեցնել տղամարդկանց և կանանց շրջանում:
-Հիգիենայի կանոնները խախտելու հետևանքով տղամարդկանց մոտ կարող է առաջ գալ սեռական օրգանների բորբոքում: Իսկ կանանց շրջանում կարող է նկատվել խրոնիկ բորբոքային պրոցեսների սրացում, որն էլ իր հերթին կարող է հանգեցնել մինչև չբերության:
-Այլընտրանքային սեռական կյանքով ապրելու դեպքում հիգիենայի կանոններին հետևելու անհրաժեշտությունը, թերևս, կրկնապատկվում է, այո՞:
-Միանշանակ: Առհասարակ, պետք է օրական գոնե երկու անգամ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան լվալ սեռական օրգանները, հիգիենայի հետ կապված խնդիրները կանխելու համար խուսափել պատահական սեռական կապերից:
-Սեռական հիգիենայի պահպանման հարցում որքանո՞վ է կարևորվում հղի կանանց և նրանց ամուսինների ուշադրությունը:
-Հղիության ընթացքում առավել քան կարևոր է հիգիենայի պահպանման հարցը, քանի որ այս դեպքում ինֆեկցիայի ներթափանցումը կարող է վտանգ ներկայացնել ինչպես պտղի, այնպես էլ՝ մոր համար:
