ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանն ընդունել է Լիբանանի Ս. Խաչ-Հարպոյան վարժարանի ուսումնական հատուկ կարիքների բաժանմունքի գլխավոր պատասխանատու Սևակ Հակոբյանին, համակարգող Լարա Գուտուզյանին, բաժանմունքի խորհրդական Քրիստին Տեր-Սարգսյանին, հոգեշարժական կազմավորման մասնագետ Նաթալի Ավեսյանին և ուղղախոսության մասնագետ Ջենիֆեր Ապեթյանին:
 
Ջերմորեն ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարարը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել «Դու ի՞նչ ես անում Արցախի համար» շարժմանն անմիջապես արձագանքելու համար և բարձր գնահատել նրանց նախաձեռնությամբ՝ Բեյրութի Ս. Խաչ-Հարպոյան վարժարանում ներառական կրթության մեկշաբաթյա դասընթացին Մարտակերտի Վարդան Մինասյանի անվան թիվ 2 հիմնական դպրոցի տնօրեն Մելսիդա Քարդումյանի, ուսուցիչներ Լուսինե Սաիյանի և Ռուզաննա Ավետիսյանի մասնակցության կազմակերպումը:
 
Նա մասնավորապես ասել է. «Իսկ ձեր վերջին ձեռնարկըպարզապես հիացմունք է պատճառում, այն գիտակցությունը, որ Սփյուռքի դպրոցներն Արցախի դպրոցներին աջակցում, սատար են կանգնում՝ ուժ ու զորություն են տալիս Արցախի ժողովրդին: Ձեր փորձն ու հմտությունները փոխանցելով՝ դուք նրանց վստահություն ու հողին ամուր կանգնելու վճռականություն եք հաղորդում»:
 
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության և գնահատանքի համար՝ Սևակ Հակոբյանը նշել է, որ հայրենի հողի վրա ապրելն է իսկական հայրենասիրությունը, և սփյուռքահայերըհնարավոր ամեն ինչ պետք է անեն հողը հայրենիք դարձնողներին աջակցելու համար: Նաներկայացրել է Վարժարանում իրականացվող աշխատանքները, նշել, որ Հայ ԿաթողիկեՊատրիարքութեան Ս. Խաչ-Հարպոյան Բարձրագույն վարժարանը հիմնվել է 1987-ին,Լեռնալիբանանի Մեթնի շրջանի Զալքայի արվարձանում:
 
2016-2017 ուս. տարում վարժարանն ունի 500 աշակերտ: Վերջին տարիներին վարժարանում ստեղծվել են նոր բաժիններ, կրթության համարանհրաժեշտ բոլոր շենքային, տեխնիկական կառույցները և հաստատվել է ակադեմիական դպրոցական բակալավրիայի կրթությունը՝ իր տարբեր բաժանմունքներով: Սևակ Հակոբյանը կարևորել է վարժարանի կարգախոսը, որը դարձել է վարժարանի ուղենիշը՝ «2 տարեկան երեխանվստահութեամբ յանձնեցէք մեզի եւ 18 տարեկանին կը ստանձնէք հայ քրիստոնեայ, ուսեալերիտասարդը»:
