Հանրապետության Նախագահ, Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հրավիրել է Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ, որի օրակարգի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգի բարեփոխումների և հանրային ծառայության համակարգի արդյունավետության բարձրացմանն ուղղված գործունեության վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև Տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման և տեղեկատվական քաղաքականության հայեցակարգի մասին հարցերը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Առաջին հարցը ԱԱԽ անդամներին զեկուցել են փոխվարչապետ, միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը և արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը: Նիստի մասնակիցներին ներկայացվել են հակակոռուպցիոն ոլորտում մինչ այժմ իրականացված միջոցառումները, այդ թվում՝ «Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում ինստիտուցիոնալ համակարգի բարեփոխումների ապահովման աշխատանքային խումբ ստեղծելու մասին» Հանրապետության Նախագահի 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ի կարգադրության համաձայն ստեղծված աշխատանքային խմբի գործունեության արդյունքում մշակված օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում միջազգային համագործակցության շրջանակներում իրականացված աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև հակակոռուպցիոն նոր ռազմավարության ուղղությունները: Խորհուրդն ի գիտություն է ընդունել ներկայացված զեկույցները:

Օրակարգի երկրորդ հարցը զեկուցել են Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Գեորգի Կուտոյանը և տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը: Զեկուցողների կողմից ընդգծվել է, որ ՀՀ տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման և տեղեկատվական քաղաքականության հայեցակարգը, համաձայն ներկայացված նախագծի, պետական քաղաքականության կարևոր բաղկացուցիչ է: Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ներկայիս ծանրակշիռ ազդեցությունը կառավարման բոլոր ոլորտների բնականոն ու արդյունավետ գործառնության վրա ավելի է մեծացնում տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման հայեցակարգային և նորմատիվաիրավական փաստաթղթերի մշակման ու արդիականացման անհրաժեշտությունը: ԱԱԾ տնօրենը նշել է, որ նախագիծը միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից պատրաստվել է աշխարհում առկա արդի մարտահրավերներին, զարգացումներին համահունչ տեղեկատվական անվտանգության ապահովման նոր չափանիշների, ռազմավարական ուղղությունների մշակման և կիրառման անհրաժեշտությունից ելնելով: Հայեցակարգի նախագծում ներկայացված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տեղեկատվության անվտանգության ապահովման ոլորտում առկա վիճակը, հիմնարար արժեքները, սկզբունքները, շահերը, սպառնալիքները և մարտահրավերները, քաղաքականության նպատակները, խնդիրները, ներպետական և միջազգային համագործակցության հարցերը և այլն: Նշված հարցերի համատեքստում ամփոփված են նաև տեղեկատվական միասնական քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղություններն ու առաջնահերթությունները:

Ազգային անվտանգության խորհուրդը, հաշվի առնելով քննարկման արդյունքում հնչած առաջարկությունները, հավանության է արժանացրել հայեցակարգի նախագիծը:
