ԱԺ հանձնաժողովը մերժեց ԵԱՏՄ-ից ՀՀ-ն դուրս բերելու նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու հարցը

Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովը բացասական եզրակացություն տվեց  Հայաստանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության կազմից դուրս բերելու մասին «Ելք» խմբակցության ներկայացրած Ազգային ժողովի հայտարարության նախագծի վերաբերյալ եզրակացություն ներկայացնելու համար  ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու հարցը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ԵԱՏՄ կազմից ՀՀ-ն դուրս բերելու վերաբերյալ նախագիծը քննարկելու համար ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովի ստեղծելու առաջարկին կողմ քվեարկեց 1, դեմ՝ 10 պատգամավոր:

Քվեարկությունից առաջ հարակից զեկուցող, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը նշեց, որ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովը մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել է առաջարկը և ԵԱՏՄ կազմից ՀՀ-ն դուրս բերելու հարցը ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովում քննարկելու անհրաժեշտություն բացառապես չի տեսնում: Նա նշեց, որ ներկայացված չէ որևէ հիմնավոր փաստարկ, թե ինչու պետք է հարցը քննարկվի ժամանակավոր, այլ ոչ թե արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովում: Հերմինե Նաղդալյանը շեշտեց, որ ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողովը չունի որևէ լիազորություն, որը չունի մշտական հանձնաժողովը, ուստի հարցը կարելի է քննարկել մշտական հանձնաժողովում և եզրակացություն ներկայացնել:

«Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ իրենք կողմ են ԵԱՏՄ կազմից ՀՀ-ն դուրս բերելու մասին նախաձեռնության քննարկումներին, սակայն հավելեց, որ նախաձեռնության հեղինակների հիմնավորումները իր համար բավարար չեն: Այնուամենայնիվ, Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշեց, որ իրենք պատրաստակամ են շարունակել քննարկումները՝ առաջարկելով նախաձեռնության հեղինակ «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներին հարցը առանձին քննարկել իրենց խմբակցության հետ:

Արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու կարիք բացարձակապես չկա: Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ-ն ԵԱՏՄ կազմից դուրս բերելու հայտարարության նախագծի վրա «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավորները լուրջ աշխատանք են տարել, հետևաբար լրացուցիչ հիմնավորումների կարիք չպետք է ունենան: «Այս պարագայում ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք կարող ենք այս հարցը քննարկել մշտական հանձնաժողովում: Հետևաբար, իմ կարծիքով ժամանակավոր հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու կարիք բացարձակապես չկա: Ես կարծում եմ, որ այս առաջարկը հանձնաժողովի կողմից բացասական եզրակացություն ստանա: Սա իմ անձնական կարծիքն է: Համոզված եմ, որ քվեարկությամբ իմ գործընկերները ևս կհայտնեն իրենց դիրքորոշումը»,- ընդգծեց Աշոտյանը:

Արմեն Աշոտյանն անդրադարձավ նաև «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե Թուրքիայի հետ Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառությունը զգալիորեն գերազանցում է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ Բելառուսի և Ղազախստանի հետ առևտրաշրջանառությանը: Արմեն Աշոտյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ռուսաստանի առաջին 5 առևտրային գործընկերներն էլ ԵԱՏՄ-ից չեն, սակայն դա Ռուսաստանից ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելու հիմքեր չի տալիս: Աշոտյանը շեշտեց, որ որոշ թվերի համադրման արդյունքում ցանկացած քաղաքական դիրքորոշում կարելի է հիմնավորել, սակայն դա չի նշանակում, որ այդ դիրքորոշումը ճիշտ է:
