Անգլիացի գրող Սիրիլ Նորթկոտ Պարկինսոնը շատ տարիներ առաջ ձևակերպել է «Պարկինսոնի օրենքը», որը հրաշալի կերպով բացատրում է, թե ինչու է մարդկանց մեծամասնությունը մինչև կյանքի վերջ աղքատ մնում։

BlogNews-ը կարծում է, որ ոչ մեկի համար էլ ավելորդ չի լինի իմանալ այդ օրենքը և այն միջոցները, որի օգնությամբ կարելի է դուրս գալ աղքատության տանող մտավոր թակարդից։

Օրենքի համաձայն՝ մարդկանց ամսական ծախսերն աճում են եկամտի աճի հետ զուգահեռ։ Եվ որպես կանոն, մարդիկ ծախսում են ողջ աշխատածը և երբեմն էլ ավելի շատ, քան աշխատում են։ Անկախ նրանից, թե որքան է մարդը վաստակում, միշտ էլ առաջանում են գումար ծախսելու նոր վայրեր, որոնք ծառայում են նոր կենսակերպն ապահովելու նպատակին։ Պարզ է, որ այսպիսի սովորությունը խժռում է բոլոր եկամուտները։

Սա հանգեցնում է փողի մշտական պակասի, պարտքերի առաջացման ու անդադար վարկերի շղթայի, ինչպես նաև հանգեցնում է նյարդային անհանգստության և վաղվա օրվա վերաբերյալ անվստահության ստեղծման։

Իրավիճակը շտկելու համար պետք է փորձել գործել Պարկինսոնի օրենքին հակառակ։ Սակայն դա անելու համար պետք է դուրս գալ «ծախսերը հավասար են եկամուտներին» թակարդից։ Միայն դա անելուց հետո դուք կկարողանաք գումար խնայել։

Բացի այդ՝ պետք է վերլուծել ծախսերը։ Եթե կարողանաք եկամուտի համեմատ քչացնել ծախսերը, ապա կկարողանաք խնայած գումարով ավելի շատ գումար վաստակել։ Եվ այդպես ժամանակի ընթացքում կկարողանաք դառնալ ֆինանսապես ապահովված մարդ և բարձրացնել Ձեր կյանքի որակն ու մակարդակը։

 

  • Պատկերացրեք, որ Ձեր ֆինանսական վիճակը ծայրահեղ վատ է, և այդ խնդիրը պետք է հնարավորինս շուտ լուծել։ Սկզբի համար մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրեք բոլոր ծախսերը, հետո հնարավորինս քչացրեք ծախսերը, սակայն պետք չէ ծայրահեղությունների հասնել, քանզի այդպես շատ շուտ կկորցնեք մոտիվացիան։ Առավել օպտիմալ տարբերակ է նվազեցնել ծախսերը 10-20%-ով և խնայել այդ գումարը։
  • Ինքներդ Ձեզ խոսք տվեք, որ ավելացած գումարը կներդնեք եկամտաբեր որևէ գործի մեջ։ Կարող եք անգամ փողը ավանդ դնել և ծախսել մնացած գումարը։
  • Եվ միշտ հիշեք, որ հարուստ մարդը նա չէ, ով ունի տուն, մեքենա և տարին երկու անգամ գնում է հանգստանալու։ Հարուստ է այն մարդն, ում եկամուտները գերազանցում են ծախսերը, ով ունի խնայողություններ և չունի պարտքեր։
