ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունում քննարկվել է «Նաիրիտ»-ում առկա քիմիական նյութերի անվտանգ հեռացման հարցը

ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի կատարման գործընթացի շրջանակներւոմ  ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունում հրավիրվել է աշխատաքային քննարկում, որը վարել է նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը: Քննարկվել է «Նաիրիտ գործարան» ՓԲ ընկերության տարածքում առկա քիմիական որոշ նյութեր նոսրացնելու և կոյուղու միջոցով հեռացնելու հնարավորությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Աշխատանքային քննարկմանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ բնապահպանության, արտակարգ իրավիճակների, առողջապահության, էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների, տարածքային կառավարման  և զարգացման նախարարությունների համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ, գիտական և մասնագիտական հաստատությունների մասնագետներ:

Դիտարկվել է գործարանի արտադրության շղթայում օգտագործված և դրա արդյունքում ստացված քիմիական նյութերի անվտանգ հեռացման հարցը: Դրանց գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը կվաճառվեն այլ ընկերությունների կամ շրջակա միջավայրի համար անվնաս կայրվեն համապատասխան վառարաններում: 
 Նոսրացման և կոյուղու միջոցով հեռացման  ենթակա է 8 քիմիական նյութ: Վերջիններիս մի մասը նույնպես պահանջարկ ունի շուկայում: Մնացած քիմիական նյութերի մասվ ծավալված քննարկման արդյունքում առաջարկվել է ընկերությունում առկա աղաջրերից մի մասից աղ ստանալ և առաջարկել համայնքներին` ձմեռվա ամիսներին ճանապարհների սառցակալման դեմ օգտագործելու համար: Մասնագետները բարդ են գնահատել  օրգանական միացություններ ունեցող  երեք տեսակի աղաջրերի հեռացման հարցը: Բնապահպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանն առաջարկել է վերոհիշյալ աղաջրերի նմուշները ներկայացնել Հայաստանի ազգային պոլիտեխնիկական համալսարանի քիմիական տեխնոլոգիաների և բնապահպանական ճարտարագիտության ֆակուլտետի քիմիական տեխնոլոգիաների ամբիոն` սեղմ ժամկետներում դրանց բաղադրությունը ճշտելու,  բնապահպանական առումով  անվտանգ նոսրացման և դրա համար անհրաժեշտ ջրաքանակի վերաբերյալ առաջարկներ ներկայացնելու համար:

Աշխատանքային հանդիպման մասնակիցները որոշել են նոսրացման եղանակով հեռացման հարցի հաջորդ քննարկումը կազմակերպել լաբորատոր արդյունքների և լուծումների հստակ առաջարկների առկայության ժամանակ:
