ԿԳ նախարարն ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի Հատուկ զեկուցողին

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է աշխատանքային այցով Երևանում գտնվող ՄԱԿ-ի Հատուկ զեկուցող Դաինիուս Պուրասի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Դաինիուս Պուրասը Հայաստանում է գտնվում ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից ընդունված հոգեկան և ֆիզիկական առողջության ստանդարտներից օգտվելու քաղաքացիների իրավունքի ապահովումը դիտարկելու առաքելությամբ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ ԿԳ նախարարը կարևորել է Հատուկ զեկուցողի առաքելությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Հայաստանի հասարակությունն ու հայ ընտանիքներն առանձնակի կարևորություն են տալիս երեխայի կրթության իրավունքին, որն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում է առողջության ապահովմանը, հետևաբար առաքելության նպատակի շրջանակում է: Շեշտելով, որ ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ն երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում բարձր է գնահատում նաև Հայաստանում գործող ՄԱԿ-ի կառույցների գործունեությունը՝  Լևոն Մկրտչյանը հանգամանալից ներկայացրել է կրթության  ոլորտում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության համալիր միջոցառումները: Այդ համատեքստում կարևորվել է ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի աջակցությամբ  և ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի ֆինանսավորմամբ մարզերի տարրական դասարանցիների համար իրականացվող  դպրոցական սննդի ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում խնդիր է դրվել աշակերտներին ապահովել տաք սննդով:

ՄԱԿ-ի Հատուկ զեկուցողը հետաքրքվել է երեխաների  առողջության իրավունքի հետ կապված մարտահրավերներով և ներկայացրել  նախնական առաջարկներ: ԿԳ նախարարն այս խնդրի  առնչությամբ տեղեկացրել է, որ ՀՀ  բոլոր դպրոցներն ապահովված են բուժկետերով, ինչպես նաև կրթական համակարգում անցում է կատարվում համընդհանուր ներառականության:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև կրթության համակարգում երեխաների ներգրավվածության, կրթական ծրագրերում առողջ ապրելակերպի, ինչպես նաև  մի շարք այլ հարցերի: 

ՄԱԿ-ի Հատուկ զեկուցողն այցի շրջանակում դիտարկումներ կանցկացնի Հայաստանի մի շարք դպրոցներում:
