Զարգացող ենթակառուցվածքներ, աճ տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում. Արցախի պետնախարարն ամփոփում է տնտեսական ցուցանիշները

Տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում հստակ, դինամիկ աճ, զարգացող ենթակառուցվածքներ. Արցախի նախկին վարչապետ, նորանշանակ պետնախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, ամփոփելով վերջին տարիների տնտեսական ցուցանիշները, ներկայացրեց, որ տարբեր ոլորտներում հստակ առաջընթաց է գրանցվել: Եթե 2007 թվականին արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի ծավալը կազմել է 22.4 մլրդ դրամ, 2016 թվականին 59 մլրդ դրամ, ապա 2017 թվականին սպասվում է, որ այդ ցուցանիշը կանցնի 70 մլրդը:

«Աճ կա տարբեր ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես, եթե մշակվող արդյունաբերությունում 2007 թվականին արտադրանքի ծավալը 7.8 մլրդ դրամ էր, 2012 թվականին՝ 19 մլրդ, ապա 2016-ին` 19.4 մլրդ դրամ: Կարևոր զարգացումներից է փոքր հիդրոէլեկտրակայանի կառուցումը: Արդյունքում, մի քանի անգամ ավելացվել է էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ծավալը:  Դրան զուգահեռ ավելացել է նաև սպառման ծավալը, որը ցույց է տալիս տնտեսության զարգացումը: 2007 թվականին այն կազմել է 225 մլն կվ/ժ, 2017-ին` 352 մլն կվ/ժ: Սկսել ենք արդեն էլեկտրաէներգիա արտահանել: Տարեկան արտահանման ծավալը կազմել է 35 մլն կվ/ժ: Տարեց տարի այդ թիվը բազմապատկվելու է»,- ասաց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Կատարված ներդրումների արդյունքում լուրջ աճ է գրանցվել գյուղատնտեսություն բնագավառում, համախառն արդյունքը աճել է  2.9 անգամ: 2007 թվականին  համախառն արտադրանքը կազմել է 23.8 մլրդ դրամ, 2016 թվականին՝ 68.5 մլրդ դրամ:

«Աճ գրանցվել է գյուղատնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում` անասնապահություն, բուսաբուծություն: Ես մի ցուցանիշ ներկայացնեմ, 2007 թվականին հացահատիկի բերքի ծավալը կազմել է 53 հազար տոննա, այս տարի կազմել է 150 հազար տոննա»,-ասաց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Նա նկատեց, որ առաջընթաց է գրանցվել գյուղատնտեսական պարկի թարմացման առումով: Այս տարիների ընթացքում բերվել են բազմաթիվ տրակտորներ, կոմբայններ, գյուղատնտեսական այլ գործիքներ: Պետնախարարի խոսքով, այս տարի այդ գործում նկատվում է մասնավոր հատվածի ակտիվությունը: Մասնավոր հատվածը սեփական միջոցների հաշվին միլիոնավոր դրամի արժողությամբ տեխնիկա և սարքավորումներ է ձեռքբերել: Ըստ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի` սա ցույց է տալիս, որ ֆերմերները կայանում են:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կարևոր համարեց շինարարության ոլորտում գրանցված դրական ցուցանիշները` նշելով, որ եթե նախկինում հիմնականում պետական բյուջեի հաշվին էր շինարարություն իրականացվում, ապա այսօր մեծ է մասնավոր հատվածի ներդրումը:

«Արդյունքում ունենք զարգացող ենթակառուցվածքներ բոլոր բնագավառներում, ավտոճապարհների վերակառուցում: Այդ համատեքստում կառանձնացնեի իր նշանակությամբ շատ կարևոր մի ճանապարհի` Վարդենիս-Մարտակերտի շինարարությունը: Այն և անվտանգության առումով է շատ կարևոր, և տնտեսական»,-հավելեց Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
