Tert.am/Ռուսաստանում երկրի ամենահարուստ մարդկանցից մեկի՝ ադրբեջանցի գործարար Թելման Իսմայիլովի ընտանիքի գործունեության մասին քրեական գործում նոր հանգամանք է ավելացել, այժմ քննիչները ստուգում են ընտանիքի անդամների ներգրավվածությունը «Լյուբերեցկայա» կազմակերպված հանցավոր խմբավորման «հեղինակությունների» սպանության շարքին: Գործում արդեն առկա են «Կոպտևսկայա» հանցավոր խմբավորման գանգսթերների սպանությունների բազմաթիվ դրվագներ, գրում է rosbalt.ru-ն:


Ինչպես լրատվամիջոցին հայտնել է իրավապահ մարմիններում աղբյուրը, հետաքննությունը նոր ընթացք է ստացել այն բանից հետո, երբ քննության հետ սկսել է համագործակցել գործարար Սերգեյ Գավրյուշինը: Նա «Меркурий-Р» ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենն էր, որին պատկանում էր «Աբրամցևո» շուկան:


Քննիչների տվյալներով՝ երբ 2009 թվականին փակվեց «Չերկիզովսկի» շուկան՝ Իսմայիլովների եկամտի հիմնական աղբյուրը, ընտանիքի անդամները սկսեցին տարածքով խոշոր այլ օբյեկտներ փնտրել, որտեղ հնարավոր կլիներ տեղափոխել առևտուրը: Մասնավորապես՝ նրանց դուր է եկել «Աբրամցևո» հսկայական շուկան, որը, սակայն, գտնվում էր «Լյուբերեցկայա» խմբավորման հեղինակությունների և խմբավորման հետ կապված գործարարների հսկողության տակ:


Շուտով սկսվել են «Լյուբերեցկայա» խմբավորման առաջնորդների սպանությունները: Նրանցից շատերն արդեն հասցրել էին օրինականացնել իրենց գործունեությունը և դարձել էին գործարարներ կամ անգամ պատգամավորներ: Քննիչները, այդ թվում նաև վկաների ցուցմունքների շնորհիվ, հիմքեր ունեն կասկածելու, որ հարձակումների հետևում կանգնած էին հենց Իսմայիլովները:


«Իրականում սպանությունների թիվը, որոնց Իսմայիլովների ներգրավվածությունը ստուգվում է, գերազանցել է տասնյակը»,- ասել է «Ռոսբալտ»-ի աղբյուրը:


«Կոպտևսկայա» խմբավորման հետ կոնֆլիկտը կապված է եղել մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք մեծածախ շուկաների վերահսկողության իրավունքի համար պայքարի հետ:


Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել է, որ ՌԴ իրավապահ մարմինները խուզարկումներ են անցկացնում Իսմայիլովին պատկանող 12 հասցեներում: Հաղորդվել է, որ խուզարկումներն անց են կացվում երկու մարդու սպանության հետաքննության շրջանակում:


Քննության ընթացքում ձերբակալվել է Թելման Իսմայիլովի հարազատ եղբայրը՝ Ռաֆիկը: Նա գտնվում է կալանքի տակ, նրան ներկայացվել է երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանության մեղադրանք:


Լրատվամիջոցների տվյալներով՝ Իսմայիլովը երկար ժամանակ է՝ գտնվում է արտասահմանում:
