Վերջին տարիներին հանրապետության բնակչության շրջանում տարեցների թվի ավելացման միտում է նկատվում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիս նշեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության տարեցների հիմնահարցերի բաժնի պետ Անահիտ Գևորգյանը:

63 տարեկան և բարձր տարիքի մարդկանց թիվը կազմում է մշտական բնակչության ընդհանուր թվի 12,9 տոկոսը՝ շուրջ 387 000 մարդ: ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի կանխատեսումները վկայում են, որ Հայաստանում 2050 թվականին 65-ից բարձր տարիք ունեցողները կկազմեն բնակչության 22-23 տոկոս: Անահիտ Գևորգյանը նշեց, որ այս թվերը խոսում են այն մասին, որ մեր բնակչությունը ծերանում է:

«Բնակչության շրջանում տարեցների թվի ավելացումը պայմանավորված է ծնելիության նվազմամբ, արտագաղթով, նաև երկարակեցության միտումներով: Այստեղ մեկ փաստ էլ կա, բնակչության շրջանում աշխատող տարիքի մարդկանց թիվն է նվազում, ինչը տնտեսապես լավ չէ պետության համար»,-ասաց Անահիտ Գևորգյանը:

Խոսելով Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող աշխատանքներին, Անահիտ Գևորգյանը նշեց, որ նոր մոտեցումներ են առաջարկում ոլորտում բարեփոխումների համար:

«Այսօր մեր ծրագրերի, ռազմավարության շեշտադրումը փոխվել է: Եթե մի երկու տասնամյակ առաջ Հայաստանը որդեգրել էր տարեցների սոցիալական կարիքների, մասնավորապես՝ նյութական ապահովման բավարարմանն ուղղված քաղաքականություն, ապա այսօրվա հրամայականը մեզ ստիպում է տարեցների սոցիալական պաշտպանության բնագավառում փոխել մարտավարությունը: Այսինքն`ծառայությունները մատուցել` գնահատելով տարեցների կարիքները»,-ասաց նա:

Այսօր Հայաստանում գործում է տարեց կամ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց շուրջօրյա խնամքի ծառայություն մատուցող 12 հաստատություն, այդ թվում , 7 ոչ պետական: Բոլոր հաստատություններում միասին խնամվում է շուրջ 1380 մարդ, իսկ տնային պայմաններում սպասարկվում` շուրջ 4 հազար մարդ, սոցիալական հոգածության ցերեկային կենտրոններ են հաճախում` 2030-ը: Հանրապետությունում առկա 4 սոցիալական տներում բնակվում և ծառայություններ է ստանում 60 տարեց անձ: Պետական բյուջեից ֆինանսական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերվում տարեցներին խնամքի ծառայություններ մատուցող երկու հասարակական կազմակերպության:
