Շատերը գրեթե ամեն օր ուտում են կնֆետների այդ հանրահայտ տեսակը, սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ այդ կարելի է պատրաստել նաև տնային պայմաններում։ Պատրաստումը չափազանց պարզ է. հարկավոր է միայն 3 մթերք։

Բոլորը մտածում են, որ կոնֆետի միջուկը անհնար է պատրաստել, սակայն դրա պատրաստման համար անհրաժեշտ է միայն կոկոսի քերուկ և խտացված կաթ։

Քայլ 1

Խտացված կաթը լցնում են կոկոսի քերուկի վրա և խառնում այնքան, որպեսզի ստացվի հավասարապես բաշխված միացություն։

Քայլ 2

Ձեռքով վերցնում են ստացված խառնուկը և տալիս կոնֆետին նման տեսք. Կարելի է կոնֆետին տալ ձեզ համար նախընտրելի չափսը։ Ապա հարկավոր է դասավորել ստացված կոնֆետները  ամանի վրա և դնել սառնարանը։ Այս կերպ կոկոսը չի չորանա, սակայն կպահի ձեր ձևավորումը

Հալեցրեք շոկոլադը ձեր համար առավել հարմար եղանակով, և թողեք որ փոքր ինչ սառչի։ Ապա գդալի օգնությամբ լցրեք շոկոլադը կոկոսի ձևավորումների վրա և թողեք որ սառչի։ Երբ ավելորդ շոկոլադը ծորա կոնֆետի վրայից, կոնֆետները տեղափոխեք մեկ այլ ափսե և կրկին դրեք սառնարանը։
