Ստամբուլում մեկնարկում են Դինքի գործով դատական նիստերը. Հրանտի ընկերներն արդարություն են պահանջում

Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող 14-րդ դատարանում հոկտեմբերի 2-ից սկսվում են պոլսահայ մտավորական, լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով հերթական դատական նիստերը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է «Ակոս» պարբերականը:

Դինքի սպանության գործում ներգրավված է 83 կասկածյալ, այդ թվում և ոստիկանության, և ժանդարմերիայի ներկայացուցիչներ: Դատական նիստերը կշարունակվեն հոկտեմբերի 2-3-ը և 5-6-ը:

Ինչպես մյուս դատական նիստերից առաջ, այնպես էլ հոկտեմբերի 2-ին Հրանտի ընկերները հավաքվել են դատարանի շենքի դիմաց՝ վերահաստատելու արդարության իրենց պահանջը: Հրանտի ընկերների անունից հայտարարություն է արել Բյուլենթ Այդընը, ով հիշեցրել է, որ 2007 թվականի հուլիսից սկսված դատավարությունը շարունակվում է արդեն 10 տարի և երեք ամիս, սակայն սպանության մեջ ներգրավված բոլոր անձինք դեռևս չեն կանգնել արդարության դիմաց: «Դեռ շատ հեռու ենք արդարությունից: 10 տարի և 3 ամիս անցավ, սակայն հանցագործության վրայի վարագույրը դեռևս չի քաշվել: Շարունակելու ենք հետևել դատական գործին, քանի դեռ Դինքի սպանությունը չի բացահայտվել»,- նշել է նա:

Հրանտի ընկերներին միացել են նաև քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության պատգամավոր Գարո Փայլանը և քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցության պատգամավոր Սեզգին Թանրըքուլուն:

Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին` խմբագրության առջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման հետևանքով:

2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, իսկ սպանությունն իրականացրած Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:

2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին առաջադրվել է «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, որոշումներ են ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ:
