Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը առանց կատարվող գնումների անվանացանկը զգալիորեն փոփոխելու և ապրանքատեսակների քանակի վերանայման վերջին 9 ամիսներին անցյալ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ միջինը 10 տոկոս խնայողություն է ունեցել: Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

«Սա լուրջ թիվ է, որն ամբողջությամբ վերաբաշխվելու է սպառազինության ու զենքի գնումների խնդիրները լուծելու հարցին: Մենք շարունակելու ենք այդ աշխատանքները, մեր սկզբունքները շատ պարզ են: Բանակին մատակարարող գործարարը պետք է վստահ լինի, որ ինքը արդյունավետ, բաց ու մրցակցային դաշտում է գործում, մենք պետք է վստահ լինենք, որ իր արտադրանքը համապատասխանում է հայտագրված չափորոշիչներին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց նախարարը:

Վիգեն Սարգսյանն ընդգծեց, որ ընդգծեց այն փաստաթղթերը, որոնք ներկայացվում են բանակին, պետք է լինեն գերճշգրիտ, և այդտեղ որևէ բացթողում կամ սխալ չի ներվելու: «Մենք հետևողական ենք լինելու այդ հարցում, մեզ մատակարարվող ապրանքները պետք է լինեն շուկայականից ավելի ցած գնով, որովհետև մենք մեծ գնորդ ենք և ունենք այդ իրավունքը: Միևնույն ժամանակ պետք է վստահ լինենք, որ որակ-գին հարաբերակցության մեջ մեր զինվորը չի տուժում»,- շեշտեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:
