Վրաստանի Գումբուրդո գյուղի բնակիչների, այդ թվում՝ ազգությամբ հայերի և Վրաստանի ոստիկանների միջև տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում անհապաղ նախաձեռնվել է ուսումնասիրության ընթացակարգ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմից, միջադեպի առնչությամբ բոլոր զարգացումները գտնվում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում՝ օրենքով ընձեռված իրավասությունների շրջանակում։

Միջադեպի առաջին իսկ օրից Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը կապ է հաստատել Վրաստանի hանրային պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հետ: Արման Թաթոյանն անձամբ հարցը մի քանի անգամ քննարկել է վրաց պաշտոնակից Ուչա Նանուաշվիլիի հետ, ինչպես նաև հարցը բարձրացվել է գրավոր հաղորդակցությամբ։

«Վրաստանի հանրային պաշտպանի աշխատակազմում միջադեպի առնչությամբ նախաձեռնված է քննարկման ընթացակարգ: Ըստ Ուչա Նանուաշվիլիի՝ իր իրավասության շրջանակում ձեռնարկվում են բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները:

Վրաստանի hանրային պաշտպանի հետ ձեռք բերված պայամանավորվածության համաձայն՝ իր աշխատակազմում հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվելու ազգությամբ հայերի դիմումների քննարկմանը: Միջադեպի մասնակից անձանց՝ Հայաստանում գտնվող ազգականները կարող են դիմել ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ՝ համապատասխան տեղեկություններ ճշգրտելու նպատակով:

Արման Թաթոյանի և Ուչա Նանուաշվիլիի միջև պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել երկու երկրների աշխատակազմերի միջև տեղեկություններ պարբերաբար փոխանակելու վերաբերյալ»,- նշված է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմի հայտարարության մեջ։

Ջավախքի հայկական եկեղեցիներից մեկի բակում սեպտեմբերի 30-ին հայ բնակիչները ցանկացել են խաչքար տեղադրել, սակայն ոստիկաններն արգելել են։ Լարվածությունն աճել է բնակիչների և ոստիկանների միջև, ինչից հետո դեպքի վայր ժամանած ոստիկանական ուժերը ծեծի են ենթարկել հայերին։
