Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ կարեն Բոթոյանը Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ ընդունեց եւ շնորհակալագրով խրախուսեց իրենց աշխատանքում աչքի ընկած 16 մանկավարժի: 
«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ հանդիպման սկզբում մարզպետը տոնի առթիվ շնորհավորեց պարգեւատրվածներին՝ մաղթելով առողջություն ու հաջողություններ մասնագիտական դժվարին, բայց պատվաբեր աշխատանքում: «Մենք անչափ կարեւորում ենք ձեր աշխատանքը, գնահատում տարիների ստեղծած վաստակը: Կարծում եմ, որ դուք սահմանապահ հայ զինվորի չափ նվիրական ու հայրենասիրական գործ եք կատարում: Այսօր ես ձեր աշխատանքը խրախուսում եմ համեստ ձեւով՝ շնորհակալագրերի տեսքով, սակայն ուզում եմ հավաստիացնել, որ միշտ մեր ուշադրության ներքո կլինեն իրենց աշխատանքում հաջողություններ գրանցած մանկավարժները, ովքեր կարժանանան համապատասխան այլ կարգի խրախուսանքների»,- նշեց մարզպետը:
«Այս պարգեւը, կարծում եմ, պատիվ ու հպարտություն է խրախուսված մանկավարժների համար, քանի որ մենք մեր մարզի մանկավարժների 3500-հոգիանոց կազմից ընտրել ենք 16 առավել արժանավորներին, ովքեր նկատելի հաջողություններ են գրանցել իրենց աշխատանքում»,-նշեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի կրթության, մշակույթի եւ սպորտի վարչության պետ Գարիկ Բադալյանը:
Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի շնորհակալագրով պարգեւատրվեցին Նորատուսի թիվ 1 միջնակարգ դպրոցի հայոց լեզվի եւ գրականության ուսուցչուհի Գայանե Քոլոզյանը, Գավառի Հ. Թումանյանի անվան թիվ 3 հիմնական դպրոցի ֆիզիկայի ուսուցչուհի Անուշ Մանուկյանը, Գավառի Ս. Քոչարյանցի անվան թիվ 1 հիմնական դպրոցի հայոց լեզվի եւ գրականության ուսուցչուհի Շուշանիկ Սաֆարյանը, Վարսերի Ռ. Պետրոսյանի անվան միջնակարգ դպրոցի հ.լեզվի եւ գրականության ուսուցչուհի Մերի Գալստյանը, Չկալովկայի միջնակարգ դպրոցի քիմիայի ուսուցչուհի Լուսաբեր Գրիգորյանը, այլոք: 
Շնորհակալագրերը հանձնեց մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը: Պարգեւատրվածները շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին մարզպետին՝ խոստանալով աշխատել ավելի մեծ եռանդով ու պատասխանատվությամբ:
«Հպարտ եմ այս պարգեւի համար, որը համարում եմ իմ աշխատանքի հանդեպ ցուցաբերած հարգանքին արժանի գնահատական: Առավել հպարտ եմ նրա համար, որ այն ստանում եմ իմ նախկին սանի ձեռքից»,-նշեց Մեծ Մասրիկի միջնակարգ դպրոցի ֆիզիկայի ուսուցիչ Հենրիկ Կարագյոզյանը:
Ուսուցչի օրվա առթիվ մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել մարզի մանկավարժներին:
