Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, զեկուցվել է, որ մայրաքաղաքի բազմաբնակարան շենքերում, կրթական, առողջապահական և համայնքային ենթակայության մյուս հաստատություններում շարունակվում են ձմռան նախապատրաստական համալիր աշխատանքները: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Ոլորտը համակարգող քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը զեկուցել է, որ համանման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում նաև «Ջրային կառույցներ», «Երևան ջուր», «Երևան գազ» ընկերությունների կողմից:

Անդրադառնալով մասնավորապես քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության նախադպրոցական, կրթական, մշակութային և առողջապահական հաստատությունների ջեռուցման սեզոնի նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության, առողջապահության, մշակույթի վարչություններին, ինչպես նաև 12 վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարել է հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության վերոնշյալ հաստատությունների ջեռուցման համակարգերի նախապատրաստական գործընթացը՝ առաջին իսկ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում դրանց անհապաղ գործարկումն ապահովելու նպատակով:

«Այս գործընթացը պահեք հատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում և կրթօջախների տնօրեններին էլ ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցրեք, որ ջերմաստիճանի նվազման պարագայում իրենց է վերապահված ջեռուցման համակարգերը վերագործարկելու լիազորությունը: Բազմիցս եմ նշել, որ ջեռուցման սեզոնի մեկնարկի պայմանական ժամկետ սահմանելը ուղղակի անընդունելի է: Եթե կրթօջախում ջերմաստիճանը ցածր է նորմայից, ապա բնական չէ՞, որ համապատասխան ջերմաստիճան պետք է պահպանվի նաև հաստատությունում:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ անցյալ տարի մի քանի տնօրեններ ազատվեցին աշխատանքից հենց այն բանի համար, որ հայտարարում էին, թե քաղաքապետարանը թույլ չի տալիս միացնել ջեռուցումը, մինչդեռ դրա լիազորությունն ամբողջությամբ տրված է հենց տնօրեններին: Մի խոսքով, խստորեն վերահսկեք, որ կաթսայատներն ու ջեռուցման համակարգերը լիարժեք պատրաստ լինեն գործարկման: Նաև պարբերաբար կազմակերպվող անակնկալ շրջայցերի շրջանակում հատուկ ուշադրության տակ վերցրեք կրթօջախներում ջերմային սահմանված ռեժիմի պահպանման պահանջի կատարումը»,-ընդգծել է Տարոն Մարգարյանը՝ դիմելով պատասխանատուներին:
