Արհեստագործական և միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություններն այս տարի աննախադեպ ընդունելություն են իրականացրել: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության նախնական(արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթության վարչությանպետ Արտակ Աղբալյանը, միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություններ են ընդունվել է 7 հազար 374 ուսանող, նախնական մասնագիտական հաստատություններ` 3 հազար 777:

«Այս ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարիների համեմատ ավելացել է: 2016-2017 ուսումնական տարվա տվյալների համեմատ այս երկու ուղղություններով ընդունելության ցուցանիշը 2000-ով ավելին է: Եթե նախորդ տարի մեծ թվով թափուր տեղեր էին մնում, չէին լրացվում, ապա այս տարի ունեինք մասնագիտություններ, որոնց գծով որոշ ուսանողներ նույնիսկ մրցույթից դուրս մնացին»,-ասաց Արտակ Աղբալյանը:

Շարունակում են մնալ, այսպես ասած, շաբլոն մասնագիտություններ, որոնք նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություններ ընդունվողների կամ նրանց  ծնողների համար գրավիչ են: Դրանք են՝ հաշվապահական հաշվառում, աուդիտ, շուկայաբանություն, մենեջմենթ, բանկային գործ, ապահովագրական գործ: Մասնագիտություններ, որոնց աշխատանքի տեղավորման ցուցանիշը բավական ցածր է:

«Մենք գնում ենք այն ճանապարհով, որ մասնագիտությունները համապատասխանեցվեն շուկայական պահանջներին: Եվ դա արվի ըստ մարզերի զարգացման առանձնահատկությունների: Ասենք՝ Վայոց ձորը հայտնի է գինեգործության, զբոսաշրջության գծով, Սյունիքը` հանքարդյունաբերության, հենց այդ առանձնահատկություններից ելնելով էլ մասնագետներ պատրաստվեն»,-ասաց Արտակ Աղբալյանը:

Նախնական և միջին մասնագիտական հաստատություններն ավարտած ուսանողների շրջանում աշխատանքի տեղավորման միջին ցուցանիշը 45-65 տոկոս է: Կան մասնագիտություններ, օրինակ, սպասարկման ոլորտում, աշխատանքի տեղավորման ցուցանիշը հասնում է 90 տոկոսի:
