Պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ցուցմունք տալուն հարկադրելու դեպքերի վերաբերյալ քաղաքացիներից ստացված հաղորդումների հիման վրա ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործեր են հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 341-րդ հոդվածի տարբեր մասերի հատկանիշներով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացանք ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում քննվող քրեական գործով ամբաստանյալ Է. Ք.-ն դատական նիստի ընթացքում հայտնել է, որ նշված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում իրեն տևական ժամանակով պահել են ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում, որտեղ երեք քննիչներ իր նկատմամբ ճնշումներ ու սպառնալիքներ են գործադրել` հարկադրելով  իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ցուցմունքներ տալ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գողության փորձ կատարելու վերաբերյալ:

Պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող  մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ցուցմունք տալուն հարկադրելու դեպքի առթիվ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 341-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով:

Մյուս քրեական  գործը հարուցվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ Նուբարաշեն քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր Վ. Ն.-ի հաղորդման հիման վրա: Վերջինս Շիրակի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում քննվող քրեական գործով կայացած դատական նիստի ընթացքում ցուցմունք, իսկ այնուհետև` ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հաղորդում է տվել, որ ՀՀ ՊՆ նախկին քննչական ծառայության քննիչն իրեն հարցաքննելիս հոգեբանական ճնշումների է եթարկել` պահանջելով ցուցմունքում իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ գրի առնել, թե, իբր, ինքը իր և այլ անձանց մարտական ուղու վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթեր է կնիքել:

Պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող անձի կողմից ցուցմունք տալուն հարկադրելու հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 341-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
