  • Տհաճ հոտ( ընդ որում ոչ շոգ եղանակին, երբ ոտքերն ավելի շատ են քրտնում, այլ սովորական պայմաններում)

  • Կոշտացած մաշկ
  • Ճաք
  • Կոշտուկներ

  2. Մանրակրկիտ ձևով մաքրում ենք այն ամենը ինչ հնարավոր է մաքրել:
  3. Ասպիրինի հաբը վերածում ենք փոշու՝ճզմելով գդալների կամ այլ միջոցով, խառնում ենք ստացված փոշին կիտրոնի հյութին այնպես, որ ստանանք մածուկանման զանգված:
  4. Եթե զանգվածը ստացվել է չոր, իսկ ձեռքի տակ կիտրոնի հյութ, ապա կարող եք ավելացնել 1-2 թ/գ ջուր:.
  5. Վերցնում ենք ոչ մեծ քանակության մածուկ և բարակ շերտով քսում ոտքերի ամենավնասված մասերին:

  1. Սպասում ենք մոտ 30 րոպե:
  2. Լվանում ենք տաք ջրի տակ:
  3. Եվս մեկ անգամ ոտքերը մաքրում ենք խոզանակով կամ ոտքերը մաքրող քարով:
  4. Ապա նորից պարզաջրում ոտքերը:

Պրոցցեդուրայի ավարտից հետո ոտքերին քսում ենք որևէ խոնավացնող կրեմ: Առհասարակ խոնավացնող կրեմ խորհուրդ ենք տալիս օգտագործել ոչ միայն այս պրոցեդուրայից հետո, այլ միշտ: Ոտքերի հետ կապված խնդիրների մեծ մասը ծագում է հատկապես չորությունից:

Ասպիրինն ու կիտրոնի հյութը կարելի է օգտագործել կանոնավոր, շաբաթական 2-3 անգամ:
