ԵՄ-ն կոչ է արել ԱՄՆ-ին պահպանել Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի մասին համաձայնագիրը

Եվրամիությունն ընդգծել է Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի վերաբերյալ գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրի պահպանության անհրաժեշտությունը: Այդ մասին ասված է ծրագրի հարցով ԵՄ երկրների արտգործնախարարների հայտարարությունում, հայտնում է IRNA գործակալությունը:


«Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագիրը ԵՄ միջնորդությամբ 12 տարվա դիվանագիտական ջանքերի արդյունքն է, որը միաձայն հավանության է արժանացրել ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը 2231 բանաձևում: Այն միջուկային զենքի չտարածման համաշխարհային ճարտարապետության առանցքային բաղադրիչ է և որոշիչ նշանակություն ունի տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության ապահովման համար»,- ասված է Բրյուսելի ընդունած բանաձևում:


«Դրա բարեհաջող իրականացումը շարունակում է ապահովել Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի բացառապես խաղաղ բնույթը»,- ասված է ԵՄ փաստաթղթում, որտեղ նշվում է նաև, որ Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալությունն արդեն ութ անգամ հաստատել է, որ Իրանը պահպանում է միջուկային գործարքի դրույթները:


«ԵՄ-ն ընդգծում է, որ միջուկային զենքի հետ կապված պատժամիջոցների վերացումը դրական ազդեցություն է թողնում Իրանի հետ առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների վրա՝ այդ թվում Իրանի ժողովրդի շահերի տեսանկյունից: Դա ամրապնդում է համագործակցությունը և թույլ է տալիս մշտական երկխոսություն վարել Իրանի հետ»,- ասված է բանաձևում:


«Եվրամիությունը Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրի իրականացումն Իրանի կողմից չհաստատելու մասին նախագահ Թրամփի որոշումը գնահատում է ԱՄՆ-ի ներքին գործընթացների համատեքստում: ԵՄ-ն կոչ է անում ԱՄՆ-ին պահպանել հանձնառությունը Գործողությունների համատեղ համապարփակ ծրագրին և գնահատել հետևանքներն ԱՄՆ-ի, իր գործընկերների և տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության համար՝ նախքան հետագա քայլերի ձեռնարկումը»,- նշվում է ԵՄ փաստաթղթում:


Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Tert.am-ը, Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն ուրբաթ օրվա ելույթում կրկին քննադատել էր Իրանի հետ կնքված միջուկային համաձայնագիրը: Թրամփը խոստացել է հավելյալ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Իրանի դեմ՝ այդ երկրին մեղադրելով ահաբեկչությանն աջակցելու համար: Դոնալդ Թրամփի կարծիքով՝ նախկին նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի օրոք կնքված համաձայնագիրն անհաջող է ու չի բխում Միացյալ Նահանգների շահերից: 


Մինչդեռ Իրանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավար Մոհամադ Ջավադ Զարիֆը հայտարարել է, որ Թեհրանը դուրս կգա պատմական միջուկային համաձայնագրից, եթե միջազգային հանրության անդամները փորձեն վերականգնել Իրանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները:
