Հաջողությունը կատարածդ աշխատանքի նկատմամբ սերն է, զգացումը, որ դու կարող ես ինչ-որ բան փոխել ու բավականություն ստանալ: Այսպիսին է ՀՀ պաշպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանի հաջողության բանաձևը՝ հակիրճ: Մինչ «Այբ» կրթական կենտրոնում Վիգեն Սարգսյանը հանդես կգար «Առաջնորդությունը հանրային հատվածում» թեմայով վարպետության դասով, նախարարը լրագրողների հետ կիսվեց հաջողության վերաբերյալ իր պատկերացումներով:

«Ավելի քան համոզված եմ, որ հաջողությունը ոչ թե միշտ ճիշտ քայլեր կատարելն է, այլ քո առաջ խնդիր դնելն ու փորձելն այդ խնդրի լուծմանը հասնելը»,- ասաց նախարարը: Վիգեն Սարգսյանը վստահ է՝ մինչև չկա անկում, չկա գիտակցում, որ պետք է լինի նաև վերելք: Անդրադառնալով հանրային ոլորտի առաջնորդությանը՝ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նկատեց, որ այն շատ է տարբերվում առաջնորդության այլ տեսակներից:

«Ի տարբերություն այլ ոլորտների առաջնորդների՝ հանրային ոլորտի առաջնորդն ընտրությունների հաջորդ իսկ օրվանից դառնում է առաջնորդ ողջ հասարակության համար, նաև և առաջին հերթին նրանց համար, ովքեր իրենց քվեն և ձայնը քեզ չեն տվել: Դա անմիջականորեն բերում է երկրորդ տարբերությանը՝ հանրային դաշտի առաջնորդի օրակարգը ձևավորում է ոչ միայն և ոչ այնքան ինքը, այլ ողջ հանրությունը, այդ թվում և առաջին հերթին իրեն ձայն չտվածները»,-ավելացրեց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք երբևէ մտածել էր ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը ղեկավարելու մասին, Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ երիտասարդ տարիներին՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում ծառայելուց հետո, երբ նշանակվեց ՀՀ աշխատակազմում որպես օգնական, գրեթե վստահ էր, որ ՊՆ-ի հետ իմ առնչությունը հենց այդպես ավարտվում է: «Բայց կյանքն այնպես դասավորվեց, որ ես ունեցա պատիվն ու հնարավորությունը՝ շարունակելու իմ աշխատանքը ՊՆ-ում, որը շատ մեծ պատասխանատվություն է, և տարբերվում է հանրային մի շարք ոլորտներից, որովհետև ուղիղ կապ ունի երկրի անվտանգության, մեր խաղաղության, տարածքային ամբողջականության հետ»,-հավելեց նախարարը:
