Այս դեպքում մարզասրահ հաճախելու նպատակը չպետք է լինի մարմնի անթերի կառուցվածքը։ Պարզապես սպորտով զբաղվելը կօգնի քեզ ավելի լավ զգալ ու կնպաստի էնդորֆինի արտադրմանը, որը նվազեցնում է ցավն ու դրական ազդեցություն թողնում հուզական վիճակի վրա։

2. Դադարիր մտածել նրա մասին

Եվ ոչ միայն մտածել։ Այլևս ոչ մի գրառում օրագրի մեջ։ Մի լսիր տխուր երգեր սիրո մասին ու մի կարդա հոդվածներ բաժանման մասին։ Բավական է։ Եթե նա նորից քո մտքում է, ասա ինքդ քեզ․ «Ես չեմ ուզում ժամանակս վատնել նրա վրա, անգամ  մտքերս»: Հետո մտածիր մեկ այլ բանի մասին։ Հեշտ չէ, բայց աշխատում է։

3. Ջնջվիր բոլոր սոցցանցերից

Ժամանակն իսկապես բուժում է։ Քեզ կարող է թվալ, որ դու անգամ մեկ օր չես կարող ապրել առանց նրա մասին մտածելու։ Դու անգամ տխրում ես դրանից։ Մի քանի օր տառապելուց հետո փորձիր հեռախոսիդ վրա հիշեցում դնել մեկ շաբաթ հետո, երկու շաբաթ հետո, մեկ ամիս հետո։ Ինքդ քեզ համար նշում կատարիր, թե ինչպես ես քեզ զգում այդ օրերին։

Խոստանում ենք, որ այս ամենից հետո քեզ շատ ավելի լավ կզգաս։
