Երկրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Հրաչ Արարատի Ավետիսյանի մահվան՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։

Ըստ ՔԿ տվյալների` զինծառայողը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է 20.10.2017թ.՝ ժամը 17։20-ի սահմաններում՝ գլխի ճակատային շրջանում։

Քննությամբ բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ զինծառայողը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿ-74 տեսակի ինքնաձիգից ճակատի շրջանին կրակոց արձակելու հետևանքով։ Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, այդ թվում ականատես վկաներ։ Զինծառայող Հ.Ավետիսյանը զինակիցների կողմից անմիջապես տեղափոխվել է Ստեփանակերտի զինհոսպիտալ, սակայն ճանապարհին մահացել է:

Դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ դեպքից օրեր առաջ զինծառայողի հետ վիճաբանել և բռնություն է կիրառել նույն զորամասի մեկ այլ զինծառայող։

Ստորադասության հարաբերությունների բացակայության դեպքում զինծառայողների փոխհարաբերությունների կանոնագրքային կանոնները խախտելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է նույն զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային։
