Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հավատարիմ մնաց ցանկացած խնդրին լուծում տալու պատրաստակամությանը

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ մի շարք հայտնի առևտրային կենտրոնների առևտրականներ այս օրերին հայտնվել են ՊԵԿ-ի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Բանը նրանում է, որ ՊԵԿ-ը բավական երկար ժամանակ պահանջում է առևտրականներից անցնել ամբողջական փաստաթղթավորման, ինչը լրացուցիչ դժվարություններ և հավելյալ ֆինանսական ծախսեր է պահանջում ՓՄՁ այս ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների համար։

Այդ առումով բացառություն չէ նաև «Առինջ մոլ» առևտրի կենտրոնը։ Օրեր առաջ մամուլը գրեց, որ մոլի աշխատակիցները, վերոնշյալ խնդրի առնչությամբ, պատրաստվում են բողոքի ակցիա կազմակերպել Ազգային Ժողովի մոտ և բարձրաձայնել իրենց խնդիրները։ 
Սակայն «Առինջ մոլի» խնդրին, ինչպես միշտ, անհաղորդ չմնաց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով օրեր առաջ հանդիպեց մոլի առևտրակաների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին նաև ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցներ։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը երկու կողմերի ներկայությամբ լսեց առկա խնդիրները, ապա խոստացավ անել ամեն ինչ, որը կնպաստի դրանց արդարացի լուծմանը։ 

Նշենք, որ այս խնդիրը, որը պայմանավորված է ՊԵԿ-ի նոր որոշումներով, արդեն տևական ժամանակ առկա է մի շարք հայտնի առևտրային կենտրոնների առևտրականների մոտ, սակայն առայսօր միայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է, որ ընդառաջ է գնացել առևտրականների բողոքին և հանդիպել նրանց հետ՝ խնդիրը լսելու և լուծմանն ընդառաջելու համար։ Միանգամայն հասկանալի է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հանդիպել է ոչ միայն և ոչ այնքան որպես «Առինջ մոլի» սեփականատեր, որքան Հայաստանի երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժի առաջնորդ, ով հերթական անգամ ականջալուր եղավ կոնկրետ սոցիալական խմբի բարձրացված բողոքին, հանդիպեց նրանց, քննարկեց խնդիրը և փորձեց լուծում տալ՝ ավելի թեժ հանգուցալուծումներից խուսափելու համար։

Այսօր արդեն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի՝ առևտրականների հետ հանդիպման արդյունքները առկա են։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են կայքերը, ՊԵԿ-շը որոշել է «թայմ-աութ» վերցնել և փորձել առևտրականների հետ համատեղ ուժերով կարգավորել խնդիրը։ Նույն մամուլը տեղակացնում է, որ «Առինջ մոլում» նրանց արդեն տրամադրվել է տարածք, որտեղ նրանք մշտապես ներկա լինելով մոլի տարածքում և հնարավորություն ունենալով առևտրակաների հետ գտնվել մշտական կապի մեջ, նրանց տրամադրում են անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն, փորձում գտնել լուծման փոխշահավետ ուղիներ։ 

Այսպիսով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հերթական անգամ զուտ մարդկայնորեն անսալով որոշակի սոցիալական խմբին օգնելու պահանջին, լուծում է գտնում ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչներին հուզող խնդրին։ Դրանով նաև հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում խուսափել խնդրի լուծման ավելի թեժ տարբերակներից, որոնք հաճախ, ինչպես ցույց է տալիս փորձը, դրական հանգուցալուծման չեն բերում։ Առաջին անգամ, շնորհիվ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, հնարավորություն է առաջանում առկա հակադրությունը կարգավորել ոչ թե փողոցում, այլ «կլոր սեղանի» շուրջ, ինչից շահելու են բոլոր կողմերը։ 

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի այս մոտեցումը պետք է ուղեցույց դառնա այլ քաղաքական գործիչների համար, քանի որ ցանկացած խնդրի լավագույն լուծումը գտնվում է բանակցությունների արդյունքում։
