Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության հասարակայնության և լրատվության հետ կապերի վարչության ԶԼՄ-ների հետ կապի վերլուծության և լրատվության բաժնի ավագ տեսուչ Մարտուն Սիմոնյանը նոր մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել Արմավիր քաղաքի «Մանուշակ» մանկապարտեզում զինված անձի կողմից պատանդ պահելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ:

Դեպքի վայրում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Մարտուն Սիմոնյանն ասաց, որ ժամը 16:25-ին ոստիկանության Արմավիրի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ դանակով տղամարդ է ներս մտել: «Անմիջապես արձագանքել է ոստիկանության տարածքային ստորաբաժանման օպերատիվ խումբը: Արդեն դեպքի վայրում պարզել են, որ դանակով մանկապարտեզ մտած տղամարդը երեքամյա մի տղայի հետ առանձնացել է սենյակում և ներկայացնում է անձնական պահանջներ:

Ահազանգերը փոխանցվել են իրավապահ այլ մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներին, այս պահին դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության, քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության, իրավապահ այլ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչներ»,- ասաց նա:

Մարտուն Սիմոնյանը հավելեց, որ իրավապահները տղամարդու հետ բանակցություններ են վարում, որպեսզի նա ազատ արձակի պատանդին: Նա նշեց, որ չի կարող հաստատել մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունները, թե զինված տղամարդը պահանջում է հանդիպում իր կնոջ հետ, ով նույն մանկապարտեզի աշխատակից է: «Քննության շահերից ելնելով՝ նրա կողմից ներկայացվող պահանջների մասին ավելի ուշ կտեղեկացնենք: Այս պահին կարող եմ միայն ասել, որ նա ներկայացրել է անձնական պահանջներ»,- ընդգծեց ոստիկանության պաշտոնյան:

Սիմոնյանը նաև հստակեցրեց, որ մանկապարտեզի ներսում միայն զինված տղամարդն է, նրա պատանդ երեքամյա երեխան և իրավապահ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները: Նա նշեց, որ հիվանդանոցներից միջադեպի հետևանքով մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստացած անձանց վերաբերյալ ահազանգ ոստիկանությունն այս պահին չունի: Պարզվել է նաև պատանդառուի ինքնությունը, սակայն քննության շահերից ելնելով, նրա անունը ոստիկանությունը նպատակահարմար չի համարում հրապարակել: Ոստիկանությունը նաև ապահովել է մանկապարտեզի աշխատակիցների և մյուս երեխաների անվտանգ դուրսբերումը մանկապարտեզի շենքից:
