Արտերկրի լրատվամիջոցներում  հոկտեմբերի 23-ին հոդված էր հրապարակվել Հրազդանի կիրճում գտնվող «Արջանոց» ռեստորանային համալիրի տարածքում պահվող երկու արջերի վերաբերյալ:  Հ

ոկտեմբերի 24-ին ՀՀ ԲՆ բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի հանձնարարությամբ Երևանի տարածքային ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցների կատարած շրջայցի արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ արջերի վանդակի չափերը չեն համապատասխանում ՀՀ կառավարության 26.06.2009թ. «Անազատ եվ կիսաազատ պայմաններում վայրի կենդանիների, այդ թվում` ՀՀ կարմիր գրքում գրանցված կենդանիներին պահելու եվ օգտագործելու կարգը սահմանելու մասին» թիվ 725-Ն որոշմամբ հաստատված պահանջներին:  Բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում «Արջանոց» ռեստորանային համալիրի տնօրինությունը պատրաստակամություն էր հայտնել արջերին տրամադրել վայրի կենդանիների խնամքի և պահպանման մեջ մասնագիտացված կազմակերպություններին: 

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հոկտեմբերի 31-ին ՀՀ բնապահպանության և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության, Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցների աջակցությամբ Վայրի բնության և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանության հիմնադրամի անդամների, Երևանի կենդանաբանական այգու մասնագետների հետ համատեղ կազմակերպել են արջերի տեղափոխումն Ուրցաձորի Կովկասյան կենսաբազմազանության ապաստարան: Նոյեմբերի 1-ին ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Ուրցաձոր համայնքում տեղի կունենա ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության հովանու ներքո ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ի, Կենդանիների փրկության միջազգային կազմակերպության (IAR), Ամստերդամի «Արտիս» թագավորական կենդանաբանական այգու համատեղ ջանքերով արջերի փրկարար և վերականգնողական կենտրոնի բացման պաշտոնական արարողություն և  գորշ արջերի փրկության նախաձեռնության մեկնարկը։

Կենդանաբանական այգու մասնագետներն արջերին քնեցրել են, քնած վիճակում պատվաստման ենթարկել և անհարմար կառուցված վանդակից առանց բարդությունների տեղափոխել կենդանիների նորակառույց ապաստարան:
