Արդեն 70 տարի ոչ ոք չի համարձակվում կանգ առնել այս հյուրանոցում. սրա պատերը սարսափելի գաղտնիքներ են թաքցնում…

Բալթիկ ծովի ափամերձ տարածքի երկայնքով ավելի քան 4 կմ ձգվում է աշխարհի ամենամեծ հյուրանոցը, որն այդպես էլ չտեսավ նրանց, ում համար կառուցվել էր:

«Պրորա» հյուրանոցը գտնվում է գերմանական Ռյուգեն կղզում: Հյուրանոցն ունի 10 000 համար, առավելապես՝ դեպի ծով տեսարանով, բայց ավելի քան 60 տարի շենքի կառուցումից հետո այնտեղ զբոսաշրջիկի ոտք չմտավ:

Հյուրանոցը կառուցվեց 1936-1939 թթ. «Ուժ ուրախության միջոցով» ծրագրի շրջանակներում, շինարարության վրա 9 000 մարդ աշխատեց: Այս մեծ շենքը կառուցվեց Հիտլերի հավատարիմներին լավ հանգստով ապահովելու համար: 

«Պրորա» համալիրը բաղկացած է 8 նման շենքերից, որոնք գտնվում են լողափից 150 մ հեռու: Նացիստները պատրաստվում էին կառուցել ևս 4 այդպիսի հյուրանոց կինոթատրոններով, համերգասրահներով և տարածքով, ուր կարող էին կանգ առնել զբոսանավերը:

«Պրորայում» պետք է 20 000 հանգստացող տեղավորվեր: Հանգստավայրը պետք է ամենամեծը դառնար աշխարհում: Ամեն համարում ենթադրվում էր դնել 2 մահճակալ, պահարան և սանհանգույց: Զուգարանները, լոգարանները և նախասրահներն ամեն հարկում էին: Նաև համալիրի կենտրոնում պետք է հսկայական շենք կառուցվեր, որը պատերազմի դեպքում հնարավոր լիներ հոսպիտալի վերածել:

Պատերազմի ընթացքում ռմբակոծությունների ժամանակ Համբուրգի շատ բնակիչներ թաքնվեցին «Պրորայի» բլոկերից մեկում: Ավելի ուշ այստեղ փախստականների տեղավորեցին: Պատերազմից հետո «Պրորան» օգտագործեցին որպես Գերմանիայի Դեմոկրատական Հանրապետության բանակի ռազմական դիրք: Երբ Գերմանիան միավորվեց, հյուրանոցի մի մասն օգտագործվեց որպես Ռազմական տեխնիկական դպրոց:

Այնտեղ նաև բալկանցի փախստականներ էին ապրում: Արդեն 70 տարի ոչ ոք չի համարձակվում կանգ առնել այս հյուրանոցում. սրա պատերը սարսափելի գաղտնիքներ են թաքցնում… 2001 թ. բլոկերից մեկը վերածեցին 400-տեղանոց երիտասարդական հոսթելի:
