Թուրքիայի քրդամետ կուսակցությունը Սահմանադրական դատարանի դիմաց արդարություն է պահանջել

Թուրքիայի քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամները բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել երկրի Սահմանադրական դատարանի առջև: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով թուրքական Diken պարբերականը, հավաքվածներն իրենց դժգոհությունն են հայտնել այն փաստի առնչությամբ, որ արդեն մեկ տարի է  դատարանը չի քննում կուսակցության պատգամավորների կալանավորման փաստով իրենց ներկայացրած դիմումը:

Դատարանի դիմաց հավաքված անձանցից պատգամավոր Մերալ Դանըշ Բեշթաշն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանը չի կատարում իր առջև դրված պարտականությունները: «Այն, որ մենք այժմ տասնյակ պատգամավորներով կանգնած ենք Սահմանադրական դատարանի դիմաց, ապացույցն է նրա, որ Թուրքիայում օրենք չի մնացել»,- ասել է նա:

Բեշթաշը հիշեցրել է, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանի պարտականությունն է վճիռներ կայացնել հակասահմանադրական որոշումների վերաբերյալ:

2016 թվականի նոյեմբերից կալանքի տակ են գտնվում քրդամետ կուսակցության 8 պատգամավոր, այդ թվում և առաջնորդ Սելահաթթին Դեմիրթաշը: Կուսակցության մյուս համանախագահ Ֆիգեն Յուքսեքդաղը և պատգամավոր Նուրսել Այդողանը զրկվել են պատգամավորական մանդատից:

Նրանց դեմ հետաքննություն է իրականացվում «զինված ահաբեկչական խմբավորման անդամ լինելու, հանցագործություն կատարելուն դրդելու և ահաբեկչական խմբավորման քարոզչությունն իրականացնելու» մեղադրանքներով:

Կուսակցությունը պատգամավորների կալանքի օրինականության հարցով դիմել էին Սահմանադրական դատարան, սակայն այն մինչ օրս պատասխան չի տվել:
