ՏԿԶ նախարարի հրավերով ՀՀ կժամանի ԵԽ տեղական և տարածքային կոնգրեսի նախագահը

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Վաչե Տերտերյանը նոյեմբերի 2-ին ընդունել է  Եվրոպայի խորհրդի  ժողովրդավարության գլխավոր տնօրինության ղեկավար Սնեժանա Սամարջիչ-Մարկովիչին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, իր և ՏԿԶ նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանի անունից  ողջունելով հյուրին, Վաչե Տերտերյանն ասել է, որ համագործակցությունը  երկար տարիների փորձ ունի և  ԵԽ-ի հետ տեղական ժողովրդավարությանն ուղղված   բազմաթիվ արդյունավետ ծրագրեր են իրականացվել:

ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը ներկայացրել է ոլորտային մի շարք  ծրագրեր, նշել, որ Եվրոպայի խորհրդի Հայաստանի համար իրականացվող գործողությունների 2015-2018թթ. ծրագրով տեղական ժողովրդավարության ոլորտում ծրագրված աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են ըստ ժամանակացույցի, և բոլոր ուղղություններով առաջընթաց է գրանցվել:

Նրա խոսքով, տարին բավականին արդյունավետ է եղել տեղական մակարդակում բարեփոխումների առումով: Անդրադառնալով վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների գործընթացին,   եվրոպացի գործընկերոջը Վաչե Տերտերյանը ներկայացրել է խոշորացված համայնքներում իրականացվող գործընթացները,  միաժամանակ տեղեկություններ փոխանցել  նոյեմբերի 5-ի կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ:

Նա նաև ասել է,  որ նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանի հրավերով  նոյեմբերի 10-ին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ համակարգի ներդրմանը նվիրված համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով պաշտոնական այցով   Հայաստան կժամանի ԵԽ տեղական և տարածքային կոնգրեսի  նախագահ  Գուդրուն Մոսլեր-Թյորնստրյոմը: Համաժողովին կմասնակցեն նաև  ԵԽ տեղական և տարածքային կոնգրեսից, այլ  միջազգային կազմակերպություններից բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ:

Սնեժանա Սամարջիչ-Մարկովիչը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար՝  կարևորելով Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը ԵԽ-ի հետ: Նա  ընդգծել է մեր երկրում վարչատարածքային բարեփոխումների արդյունավետ իրականացումը, ասել, որ գոհ է տեղական իշխանությունների մակարդակում ժողովրդավարական  սկզբունքների ներդրումից:  Եվրոպացի գործիչը հույս է հայտնել, որ ՀՀ-ԵԽ համագործակցությունը տարածքային զարգացման ոլորտում շարունակական բնույթ կկրի:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը  քննարկել են ԵԽ գործողությունների 2015-2018թթ. ծրագիրը շարունակելու, «Տեղական հանրաքվեի» մասին օրինագծի, տեղական մակարդակում որոշումների կայացման հարցում քաղաքացիական մասնակցությանը վերաբերող և այլ հարցեր:
