Հայկական ուսումնական հաստատությունների և Փարիզի գործընկեր քոլեջների ու լիցեյների միջև այսուհետ կիրականացվեն անհատական կամ խմբակային այցեր, համատեղ ուսումնական ծրագրեր։ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը՝ ի դեմ նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանի, և Փարիզի Ակադեմիան՝ ի դեմս Իլ դը Ֆրանս ակադեմիական շրջանի ռեկտոր, Փարիզի ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր, Փարիզի Համալսարանների կանցլեր Ժիլ Պեկուի, նոյեմբերի 3-ին ստորագրեցին գործընկերության համաձայնագիր։ 

Փարիզի ակադեմիան ներառում է տարբեր հաստատություններ, որոնցում սովորում է մոտ 327 հազար աշակերտ և 337 հազար ուսանող։ 

ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահրամ Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ համաձայնագրի շնորհիվ ավելի դյուրին կդառնա Հայաստանի կրթական հաստատություների աշակերտների և ուսանողների շարժունությունը Ակադեմիայի անդամ բուհերի և այլ կառույցների միջև։ 

«Նրանցից 60 հազարն օտարերկրացի է։ Այս կրթական հսկայի հետ ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ն ստորագրեց  հուշագիր, որի նպատակն է Հայաստանում ֆրանկոֆոն կրթական ծրագիր իրականացնող հաստատությունների և Փարիզի Ակադեմիայի միջև տարաբնույթ ծրագրերի համատեղ կյանքի կոչումը։ Այս համագործակցության շրջանակում մենք պետք է ավելի բարձրացնենք հանրության հետաքրքրությունը ֆրանսերենի նկատմամբ»,- ընդգծեց Վահրամ Մկրտչյանը։ 

Փարիզի Համալսարանների կանցլեր Ժիլ Պեկուն շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ին և նշեց, որ ստորագրված փաստաթուղթը պատմական է։ «Համաձայնագիրը լիովին ընդգրկվում է երկու երկրների մտավոր, մշակութային և քաղաքական հարաբերությունների ընդհանուր համատեքստում։ Բոլորիս առջև նոր հեռանկարներ են բացվում, հատկապես Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի գագաթաժողովի նախաշեմին»,- ասաց Ժիլ Պեկուն։ 

Համաձայնագրի նպատակն է կողմերի միջև ստեղծել ռազմավարական գործընկերային հարաբերություններ՝ երկու երկրներում նպաստելով կրթական համագործակցության ծրագրերի զարգացմանը։ Համաձայն փաստաթղթի՝ կողմերը պարտավորվում են սատարել կողմերի բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների միջև համագործակցության ծրագրերը, մասնավորապես՝ ֆրանսերենի կամ ֆրանսերենով դասավանդվող դասընթացներ առաջարկող հայկական համալսարանների և Փարիզի գործընկեր համալսարանների միջև։

Համաձայնագրի շնորհիվ կխրախուսվի ֆրանկոֆոն երկլեզու բաժիններ ունեցող և ֆրանսերենի խորացված ուսուցմամբ հայկական ուսումնական հաստատությունների և Փարիզի գործընկեր քոլեջների և լիցեյների միջև համագործակցությունը՝ նամակագրությունը սովորողների միջև, համատեղ ուսումնական ծրագրերը, սովորողների շարժունությունը անհատական կամ խմբակային այցերի շրջանակներում և այլն։
