Հայաստանի 49 համայնքներում մեկնարկել են ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները

Հայաստանի 49 համայնքներում մեկնարկել են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը,  ժամը 08:00-ից բացվել են բոլոր 527 ընտրական տեղամասերը: Քվեարկությունը բոլոր համայնքներում կշարունակվի մինչև 20:00-ն:

Ընտրական տեղամասերում քվեարկության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ արձանագրության կազմումը կավարտվի և  արձանագրությունը կհրապարակվի քվեարկության ավարտից 12 ժամ հետո:

Ընտրությունների վերջնական արդյունքները կամփոփվեն քվեարկության օրվանից հետո` 5-րդ օրը:

Նոյեմբերի 5-ին տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների են անցկացվում Արագածոտնի, Արարատի, Արմավիրի, Գեղարքունիքի, Լոռու, Կոտայքի, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի, Վայոց Ձորի և Տավուշի մարզերում:

Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունները լուսաբանելու համար Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովում հավատարմագրվել է 24 լրատվամիջոց: Ընտրությունների ընթացքը լուսաբանելու համար հավատարմագրվել է 11 դիտորդական կազմակերպություն` շուրջ 1000 դիտորդներով:

ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքում կձևավորվի 34 խոշորացված համայնք: Կան համայնքներ, որտեղ համայնքի ղեկավարի միայն մեկ թեկնածու է առաջադրվել, կան համայնքներ, որտեղ թեկնածուների թիվը բավականին շատ է: Կան համայնքներ, որտեղ 3-ից ավելի թեկնածուներ են մասնակցում:

ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին տարբեր մարզերի քաղաքներում թեկնածուների գերակշիռ մասին առաջադրել է իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը: Առաջադրված մյուս թեկնածուները հիմնականում անկուսակցական են կամ ինքնաառաջադրված ՀՀԿ-ականներ: Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան համայնքում գործող քաղաքապետի հետ պայքարելու համար առաջադրվել էր «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջադրած թեկնածու Կարեն Համբարձումյանը, սակայն վերջին պահին նա ինքնաբացարկի դիմում է ներկայացրել: Սիսիանում համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար կպայքարի միայն գործող քաղաքապետ, ՀՀԿ-ական Արթուր Սարգսյանը:

Խորհրդարանում ներկայացված մյուս քաղաքական ուժերը` ՀՅԴ-ն, ԲՀԿ-ն քաղաքներում համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնի համար թեկնածուներ չեն առաջադրել: ԲՀԿ-ն ու ՀՅԴ-ն թեկնածուներ են առաջադրել մի քանի գյուղական համայնքներում: «Ելք» դաշինքը ընդհանրապես որևէ համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում թեկնածուներ չի առաջադրել:
