Կարդալով գյուղնախարարության հրապարակած բացատրությունը հավկիթի գների բարձրացման վերաբերյալ՝ չէի կարող չնկատել մի շարք հակասություններ: Օրինակ, հայտարարությունում ասված է, որ այս ամսվանից սկսած հանրապետությունում օրական արտադրվում է մոտ 900 հազար հավկիթ, այնինչ սպառվում է մոտ 730 հազար, իսկ ավելցուկը պահեստավորվում է ամանորյա տոներին օգտագործելու համար: Որքան գիտեմ՝ ձվի պիտանելիության ժամկետը 25 օր է սահմանված, այդ ինչպե՞ս են արդեն պարենային ձու պահեստավորում, երբ Ամանորին դեռ 2 ամիս կա: Այսինքն, ստացվում է՝ մեզ ժամկետանց ձվեր ե՞ն մատուցելու:
Ապա գյուղնախարարությունն իր ներկայացրած տեքստում հավկիթի գների բարձրացումը կապում է հավերի՝ ավելի մեծ տրամաչափի ձվեր ածելու հետ: Բայց այ այստեղ հիշեցի մի բան, որի բացատրությունը չկար նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ, և ես անկեղծորեն ուզում եմ հավատալ, որ այդ պահը նախարարությունում ուղղակի հաշվի չեն առել և միգուցե տեղյակ չեն, թե ինչ է կատարվում: Բանն այն է, որ հոկտեմբերի 20-ից հետո Երևանի խանութներում և սուպերմարկետներում մոտ 2 օրով անհայտացան հատով վաճառվող հավկիթները: Վաճառքում կային միայն տուփով հավկիթներ, որոնք ավելի վաղ էին արտադրված: Իսկ հատով հավկիթի բացակայությունը խանութների աշխատողները բացատրում էին նրանով, որ այսօր չեն ստացել, արտադրողն ասել է, թե ձու չի արտադրվում, հնարավոր է՝ նույնիսկ դրսից ձու բերեն: Նման պատասխան լսել եմ մի քանի խանութների և սուպերմարկետների աշխատողներից:
Հիմա ուզում եմ հասկանալ՝ այդ ինչպե՞ս է ստացվում, որ հանրապետության բոլոր թռչնաբուծարանների բոլոր հավերը միմյանց հետ համաձայնեցված ու կազմակերպված որոշում են 2 օր ձու չածել: Սա ի՞նչ է` հավերի հանցավոր համաձայնությու՞ն, թե՞ գործադու՞լ, թե՞ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի այն անվանել «ածադուլ»: Կամ ինչի՞ց են դժգոհ հավերը: Միգուցե ուզում են այսուհետ միայն բեղմնավորված ձու՞ ածել՝ ավելի գեղեցիկ և սեքսուալ աքլորներից, և աքլորնե՞ր են պահանջում:
Ճիշտն ասած, ես ավելի հավանական եմ համարում, որ վերոհիշյալ հանցավոր համաձայնության միմյանց միջև եկել են ոչ թե հավերը, այլ ձու արտադրող ընկերությունները, և որոշել 2 օր հավկիթ չմատակարարել՝ ստեղծելով արհեստական դեֆիցիտ, որից հետո արդեն շատ հարմար է գին բարձրացնելը և այդպիսով ևս մեկ քայլ մոտենալն իրենց բաղձալի երազանքին՝ գերշահույթներին: Նման արհեստական դեֆիցիտներ, եթե նկատել եք, ամեն տարի ստեղծվում են նաև Նոր Տարուց առաջ՝ միշտ մոտ 2-3 օրով խանութներից անհայտանում են հատով հավկիթները, իսկ հետո հայտնվում՝ և արդեն թանկացած: Բա ինչու՞ այդ դեպքում նախարարության ասած՝ պահեստավորված պարենային ձուն չի փրկում ազգաբնակչությանը թանկացումից, կամ ավելի անկեղծ՝ թալանից:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ ձվի թանկացման հեղինակներն ազգաբնակչության մասին կարծես թե այն կարծիքն ունեն, թե մենք այնքան ցածր մտավոր ունակությունների տեր ենք, որ երբեք չենք հասկանա իրենց մանևրները: Միգուցե դա մե՞ր մեղքն է, մե՞նք ենք թույլ տվել, որ մեր մասին այդպես մտածեն:
Համենայն դեպս, հուսով եմ, որ գյուղնախարարությունը կսկսի ավելի ուշադիր հետևել ձու արտադրողների գործունեությանը, գուցեև հայտնաբերի՞, որ ժամանակն է նրանցից ոմանց ականջները քաշելու, եթե, իհարկե, գյուղնախարարությունն ինքն էլ «ածադուլների» հետ կապ չունի:
