Ինչո՞ւ է ՊԵԿ-ի «հատուկ գործողությունների» թիրախում միայն «Առինջ Մոլը»

Առինջ Մոլը արդեն երկար ժամանակ հայտնվել է ՊԵԿ-ի թիրախում։ Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ ՊԵԿ-ում Առինջ Մոլի մասով կա «հատուկ գործողությունների» պլան, այլապես այլ կերպ հնարավոր չէ բացատրել այն քաղաքականությունը, որն այսօր հարկային մարմինները իրականացնում են Առինջ Մոլի առևտրակաների նկատմամբ։
Արդեն երկար ժամանակ Առինջ Մոլ գնալիս մոլի մուտքի մոտ կարելի է տեսնել մարդկանց, որոնք մոտենում են առևտուր արած հաճախորդներին, պահանջում բացել իրենց պայուսակները, մեքենաների բեռնախցիկները, և սկսում են քչփորել դրանք՝ ինչ-որ բան գտնելու ակնկալիոքվ։ Առաջին հայացքից կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծվել, որ նրանք ինչ-որ կարևոր բան են կորցրել կամ գողացած իր են փնտրում, բայց բանից պարզվում է, որ նրանք ընդամնեը ՊԵԿ-ի աշխատակիցների անվան տակ ներկայացողներն են, որոնք արդեն օրեր շարունակ հերթապահում են մոլի մուտքերի ու ելքերի մոտ։
Սա իհարկե զավեշտալի իրավիճակ է նաև, քանի որ տպավորություն է, որ մի ամբողջ պետական հիմնարկ իր ողջ ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացրել է Առինջ Մոլի վրա, իսկ նպատակն էլ ոչ թե իրական ստուգումներ անցկացնելն է, այլ ուղղակի առևտրականներին ու հաճախորդներին ահաբեկելը, նրանց աշխատանքը խանգարելն ու խաթարելը։ Ստուգումները սովորաբեր տևոմ են կոնկրետ ժամանակահատված, այնուհետև ավարտվում են։ Իսկ Առինջ Մոլի դեպքում տևական ժամանակ է նույն վիճակն է, և այնքան տևական, որ դրանք արդեն անդրադարձել են բազմաթիվ լրատվամիջոցներ և անգամ ԱԺ պատգամավորներ։ Բացի այդ ստուգումները անցկացվում են հատուկ ընթացակարգերովով, որոնց մեջ ոչ մի կերպ չի տեղավորվում «փողոցային գործելաոճը»։ 
Զարմանալին այս դեպքում այն է, որ եթե դուք շրջեք Երևանի հայտնի առևտրի կետերով ու մոլերով, ոչ մի տեղ ուրիշների պայուսակներում ինչ-որ բան փնտրող ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցներ չեք գտնի։
Սա արդեն լուրջ կասկածներ է հարուցում և նաև հիմք է տալիս եզրակացնելու, որ ՊԵԿ-ի նպատակը ոչ թե առևտրականներին հարկեր վճալերու նոր պայմաններ թելադրելն է, այլ բոլորովին այլ նպատակ, որի մասին դեռևս չի բարձրաձայնվում, կամ ամեն ինչ արվում է գաղտնի պահելու համար։ Եթե խնդիրը միայն հարկային նորամուծությունները լինեին, ապա այլ առևտրի կենտրոնները ևս Առիջն Մոլի նման կդառնային բազմաթիվ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցների երկորրդ աշխատավայրը։
