Կայացավ այն բաղձալի հանդիպումը, որի մասին այդքան երազում էին ուսանողները: Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայության կարգավիճակի մասին օրինագծի չեղարկման համար դասադուլ հայտարարած ուսանողներից մի քանիսի հետ այսօր հանդիպեց կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը:

Նա վերահաստատեց նախկինում արտահայտած իր դիրքորոշումը պնդելով. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի հայրենիքի ծառայության ուղղությամբ արտոնություն չի ունենալու»:

Անկեղծ ասած, ես չգիտեմ թե ուսանողների ինչու՞ էին այդպես մոլեռանդությամբ հանդիպում պահանջում ԿԳ նախարարի հետ: Ի վերջո, եթե անգամ բացարձակ չես տիրապետում Հայաստանում ընթացող քաղաքական գործընթացներին, մեկ բան պարզից էլ պարզ է՝ Մկրտչյանը հարց լուծող չէ: Իշխանական տարբեր փոխակերպումներում նա ընդամենը ֆիգուր է: Արժանապատվություն ունեցող մարդը, չորս անգամ չի ձախողի նույն պաշտոնը, իսկ հետո, ցինիկ դեմքով արտաբերի մտքեր, որոնց իսկությանն անգամ ինքը չի հավատում:
