Աստղերն այդքան էլ հեշտ կյանք չեն խոստանում ՀՀ ՊՆ Վիգեն Սարգսյանի համար։ Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ որոշ հարցերում նա ստանալով Սերժ Սարգսյանի «դաբռոն», իր դեմ է հանել կուսակցական ընկերներին։ Սա ակնհայտ դարձավ դեռ այն ժամանակ, երբ խորհրդարան բերվեց վիճահարույց օրինագիծը։ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը, ով համարվում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի մարդը խորհրդարանում, հստակ դեմ արտահայտվեց և ավելին՝ հիմնավորեց իր դեմ կարծիքը։

Հիմա նույն վիճակն է ստեղծվել նաև բանակից խուսափած անձանց քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցում։ Ինչպես հայտնի է, եթե դու խուսափել ես բանակից, գտնվում ես հետախուզման մեջ, Հայաստան վերադառնալու դեպքում, ստիպված ես յուրաքանչյուր խուսափած զորակոչի համար որոշակի գումար վճարել։ Այս հանգամանքը և գումարի ծավալը զայրացրել են նախկին հայտնի ուժայիններ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանին և Ալիկ Սարգսյանին։ 

Ստացվում է այնպես, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ջահիլություն է անում։ Բաներ է վերցրել իր ուսերին, որոնց ծանրության տակից կարող է դուրս չգալ։ Այն ինչ առաջարկում է նա, ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան միջնադարյան մտածողության արդյունք։ Նրա առաջարկները կարող են հանգեցնել ծանր հետևանքների։ Սա իհարկե հասկանում են ավելի լուրջ հոտառություն ունեցող գեներալները։ Նրանք մեկ Վիգեն չէ, որ տեսել են իրենց կարիերայի ընթացքում և գիտեն, թե ինչ է պետք անել։ Մյուս կողմից, ակնհայտ է, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը չի խորհրդակցում հին գվարդիայի ներկայացուցիչների հետ։ Իսկ դա կարող է ծանր հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Մեկ անգամ չէ, որ տեսել ենք, թե ինչպես է այս կամ այն նախարարը տապալվում սեփական թիմի կողմից։ Ճիշտ է, Վիգեն Սարգսյանի մանևրելու և խորամանկության հատկությունները կասկածի տակ չենք դնում, սակայն նա ապահովագրված չէ։

Գեներալների փաստարկներն ավելի քան հիմնավոր են։ Տուգանք կամ քրեական պատասխանատվություն համեմատականի առումով, դու խախտում  ես օրինականության հիմնարար սկզբունքը՝ բոլորն հավասար են օրենքի առաջ։ Այսինքն, եթե փող չունես, գնա դատվիր, եթե փող ունես, հանգիստ քրեական հանցագործություն կատարիր, ինչպես պնդում են ՊՆ պաշտոնյաները։ Տեսնենք թե այս հետաքրքիր պայքարն ինչ հանգուցալուծում կստանա։ Սակայն մեկ բան ակնհայտ է. Վիգեն Սարգսյանն իր ձեռնարկումներում արդեն չափն անցնում է։
