Պաշտոնական այցով նոյեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստան ժամանած Մոլդովայի նախագահ Իգոր Դոդոնը կնոջ՝ Գալինա Դոդոնի հետ միասին այցելեց  Մեսրոպ Մաշտոցի անվան հին ձեռագրերի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտ` Մատենադարան: Նրանց ուղեկցում էր Մատենադարանի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահան Տեր-Ղեւոնդյանը: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ բարձրաստիճան հյուրերին ներկայացվել է հիմնական ցուցասրահը, որը ներառում է մշտական ցուցադրության հին ձեռագրերը, ավետարաններ, հայ պատմիչների գործերը, վավերագրերը եւ այլն:

Նախագահ Իգոր Դոդոնը նշեց, որ տպավորված էր թե Մատենադարան, թե օրվա ընթացքում այլ հաստատություններ` մասնավորապես Թումո ստեղծարար տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոն կատարած այցելություններով:

«Սա իմ առաջին պաշտոնական այցն է Հայաստան: Պետք է նշեմ, որ այսօր նաեւ եղանք մի հրաշալի վայրում, որտեղ մի շարք երիտասարդներ ուսումնասիրում են նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաները. մեկ բառով` այս ամենը ապշեցուցիչ է:

Այն, ինչ մենք այսօր տեսանք նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաների առումով, հետաքրքիր կլինի օգտագործել նաեւ Մոլդովայում: Իսկ Մատենադարանի ձեռագրերը ցույց են տալիս հայ ազգի մեծությունը: Ուրախ եմ, որ այսօր այցի պաշտոնական մասից բացի կարողացանք այլ հատված տեսնել: Այս օրը շատ հետաքրքիր էր, վստահ եմ` վաղն էլ այդպիսին կլինի»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Մոլդովայի նախագահը: 

Մատենադարանի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահան Տեր-Ղեւոնդյանը կարեւորեց նախագահի այցը երկկողմ մշակութային հարաբերությունների համատեքստում:

«Ընդհանրապես, Մատեդարանը, որպես այդպիսին, եզակի հաստատություն է, եւ մեր հյուրերը միշտ շատ բարձր են այն գնահատում, կարելի է ասել, հիանում են: Երկկողմ հարաբերություններում, իհարկե, մշակութային բաղադրիչը շատ կարեւոր է: 

Կարծում եմ`  մենք այնպիսի հարուստ պատմություն եւ մշակույթ ունենք, որ միայ եղածը ներկայացնելով առանց որեւէ չափազանցության արդեն իսկ շատ տպավորիչ է ցանկացած հյուրի համար, առավել եւս եթե անձը գնահատում եւ հասկանում է մշակույթի նշանակությունը: Կարծում եմ` նախագահը լավ տպավորություններ ստացավ»,-նշեց Վահան Տեր-Ղեւոնդյանը:
